Fantastic experience: John is a very experienced and methodical tutor. He is clear and concise when pointing out mistakes and giving feedback for improvement. I passed the PDA on my first attempt thanks to John's training, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son got his manual driving license, first go on his 17th birthday. Very experienced instructor, the type a parent wants to make their child pass and to be safe. Methodically explains repeatable methods to perfectly parallel and reverse park. Great feedback to a parent. If you want a passing final result, John is the instructor who will make your kid into a responsible adult driver.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend johns driving school for your teenagers driving lessons .. both our sons did all their lessons with John .. they both did manual lessons . John is the best... couldn't thank him enough .. both our sons are confident drivers .. we didn't rush it as there is a lot of new rules . John was always on time and very nurturing ... both our sons looked forward to their lessons every week ... thanks John

Fantastic experience: I was very happy learning to drive with John for my manual license. He was always calm and thorough with his instructions, which made me feel more confident. He was always on-time and good with communication. Would recommend John for driving lessons. I passed yesterday on my first PDA.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend John he is very professional friendly and patient instructor , he taught me how to drive a Manual car and obey all the current road rules some which I did not know. He was always on time and gave me the confidence which I lacked in the beginning and because of this I was able to pass my PDA. Thanks John

Negative experience: He was awful, made me insanely uncomfortable and would touch my legs/ thighs (mind you I was 17 at the time) extremely unprofessional man and terrible provided a terrible experience of driving for me

Negative experience: First manuel lesson and this instructor has no patience at all!! Gets angry at students and yells at them if they make a mistake! I am shocked that John is still out there teaching driving lessons..time for him to retire!!

Negative experience: Bought a pack of 5 lessons for Number 1 son (cost $280), he had the first lesson and came home really distressed as he said John just shouted everytime he did something wrong rather than explaining, he just got angry. Anyhow, when Number 2 started son also learning only a couple months after, we requested if the remaining 4 lessons could be used for our other son but was told a big fat NO and would not provide any refund even after explaining the reason. Then we found out Number 1 son's Girlfriend also had a lesson with John and when she didn't do something correct he slapped her hand and grabbed her arm!! This is just not OK!! Ended up going through another company for all kids and they had such a different and great experience and all are licenced. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company, just disgusting behaviour.

Negative experience: John’s style of teaching did not suit me unfortunately. I made a mistake in my first lesson ever and he slapped my hands. I did not want to go back after that, I just don’t find that acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I am a matured aged driver that had put off learning to drive. John gave me the confidence I needed and knew I was ready to pass the test even when I didn't think so. He is very familiar with the testing area and is thorough in teaching the tips and tricks needed to pass the PDA, but beyond that to be a safe and responsible driver. Thank you, John :)

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend John enough! I've had 2 previous instructors for driving lessons and had multiple failed tests - but after taking lessons with John, I passed the PDA this morning with no faults at all. John has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience with the road, and teaches in a very effective manner. Thanks again John!

Fantastic experience: I have used another driving school previously and did not feel I was getting the feedback I needed. I was not confident when choosing another. Thank goodness I rang John. If it wasn't for his patience and honesty I would have spent another 2 years avoiding learning how to drive, and at my age that was not a good thing. I still do not know how he has managed to teach me, considering I was a nervous wreck with serious confidence issues. The part I appreciate the most is he wont let you go for a test unless he's confident you are ready. Thanks John, I know I'm a pain in the neck but no one else could have managed me

Fantastic experience: John was the first instructor i learnt from and i wasnt too sure what to expect. However he quickly developed my driving skills and i felt competent after having a few lessons. He was very patient and really knows what to expect from a driving test. Everything we covered was in my test and he knows the areas he drives in well. I have even recommended him to several of my friends in the area. Cheap rates, good times and very flexible. All i have left to say is thanks! it was a pleasure learning from you. -JB
