Fantastic experience: I highly recommend taking classes with Cody and Jamie. They provided not only a great range of motorbikes but a hue confidence and patience in each class. I started with a Honda 125cc, then moved to a Harley 350cc and finished with a Motoguzzi 750cc. I’ve taken the test (Nov 2024) in west Perth and got 100% (this is not to show off, just to show how great these guys are). No way I could have passed without their practical classes. As a bonus they let me try their 2024 BMW gs850. 5/5 :)

The DR-650 was going to struggle keeping up with the other 2 big adventure bikes, so I ordered the BMW R1250 GS Triple Black and enjoyed a super week-long boys trip riding down the WA coast and around the Great South West edge. Super happy with the bike and the customer service. Looking forward to trying out the new F900 GS on the next trip. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Easy laid back service. I hire the Harley Davidson Roadking for 7 days and lived off it! Best holiday I’ve ever had, I covered 1600km and have never been so relaxed. My Harley gives me back issues, the road king was no problem. Highly recommend business and motorcycle. Can’t wait to do it again.

Fantastic experience: When I came on Sunday morning, the shutters were closed and I was about to give up, but when I called, there was a store employee inside. This store has a lot of large bikes. This time I rented an R1250GS. A passport is not required, a Vietnamese driver's license is OK. I think anything would probably work. The store employee was a tall, handsome guy. He was very friendly. The roads in Australia are easy to ride. It was an amazing and enjoyable touring experience.

Fantastic experience: Best motorbike rental company in Perth. I am from Switzerland, on a moto trip for 2 weeks and rented a Bmw g650gs. They have a good choice of bikes, well maintained. Cody, the owner, is a friendly guy, always ready to help. A very good address for your next trip in WA.

Negative experience: I can only give this 1star because of the bike we hired, which had a very dangerous repair ? The rear brake calliper had only been fitted by one screw the other was put in but not even attached to the bike ! Luckily I was only doing about 15km an hour when it snapped off and went through the wheel causing two spokes to brake and making the bike skid ? I managed to get the bike home. And to be fair Cody the boss came out and changed the bike immediately for a less expensive bike, but would not offer any refund. We as a group hired 3 bikes and after the incident our partners were very concerned about getting on the back which did ruin our holiday, we tried to to return the bike early but was told no refund would be given?? Not great customer service, but to be honest the bikes did not let us down after the incident and our nervous passengers decided to ride with us on the last day of the hire and we had a great day! Such a shame about Cody’s response as our friend who lives in Australia wants to pass his test here, buy a bike etc and Cody has now missed an opportunity! After all this he does seem like a nice guy

Fantastic experience: Super service. They delivered the motorcycle (including helmet, gloves, and jacket) on-site, we signed the contract, the deposit was blocked, and we were already ready to start. The Cody we were in contact with was friendly and we were really satisfied. If you ever find yourself in Perth without a motorcycle, absolutely recommend it. Thank you! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I am in the process of resurrecting my elderly Honda CB750 and took it to CR to have some work done that was a little above my pay grade, (adjusting and balancing a bank of four carburettors is a real dark art). I found everyone there to be helpful and accommodating. Aidan was able to sort out the problem in short order and Cody was extremely useful in advising me on the remaining steps needed to get my old warhorse back on the road. This is a small family business which deserves support and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any of the services they offer.

Fantastic experience: Very good service! I had very little time to practice and take my class R exam, Cody took me around the area and explained many rules that I didn’t know and taught me the exercises that are included in the practical exam. He also helped me mentally as I was getting frustrated because I couldn’t get one exercise right, and he explained in great detail how to do it. On the day of the exam, he took me to the place where I would take it and showed me a possible route that the examiner might take. With all that help, I passed my exam on the first attempt! The bike and the equipment were impeccable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve finally passed my RE driving test today!!! I would highly recommend CR motorcycle to everyone who wants to learn how to ride, regardless the current knowledge of bikes. It was a bit hard for me as I barely used the road myself - had a car license almost 10 years ago in my home country but never drove, never rode before, also not familiar with any WA road rules etc. Technically, Cody taught me not only how to ride a motorcycle, but also basically everything on the road - as I have been catching public transport all the time. Cody and Aidan were fantastic at spotting my strengths and weaknesses in riding skills, and never wasted any single second practicing unnecessary stuff with me. Emotionally speaking, Cody and Aidan have been extremely supportive, kind, caring, encouraging, and patient with me throughout the whole journey. After my “best performed ride so far” at that time that’s close to lunchtime, Cody even prepared a lunch for me at the workshop (and his cooking is wonderful as well! Sorry buddy, I know I generally eat a lot!). I believe that it wasn’t just a purely learning experience for me at CR motorcycle, but a friend making process as well. And I truly value Cody and Aidan as friends to me alongside the journey :) Really appreciate everything Cody and Aidan have done with and for me. I’m now going to plan my riding-down-South trip and I’ll be hiring a big bike from CR motorcycle for it. After then, I’ll surely see Cody and Aidan in 2 years for my R license!! xxxx

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend CR motorcycles! I recently passed my RE test first go thanks to the huge amounts of knowledge and patience from Cody. Started lessons at CR as a complete newbie and left feeling confident and most importantly safe on the road. Do yourself a favour and book in for a lesson if you are thinking about taking up motorcycling or even just brushing up on your skills. Definitely will be bringing my bike to the boys for servicing in future as well. Very welcoming workshop with awesome friendly and chilled vibes - easily 5 stars!

Negative experience: Cancelled my scooter hire booking 48hrs before I needed the bike. No reason given, just that now it's unavailable. I booked over 1 week ago with full payment and confirmation. Now I have no transport for my day I had planned on Sunday. And being a Friday it's really hard to find something to book now. Do not recommend for scooter hire.

Fantastic experience: Hab mir letztes Jahr eine F800GS für 5 Tage gemietet. Da ich wegen der Höhe des Sitzes nicht ganz sicher war (Fahre in DE eine Bandit), war ich vor der Online-Buchung vor Ort. Wurde sehr nett empfangen und durfte Probesitzen. Ein paar Infos habe ich auch direkt bekommen. Buchung ist online ohne Probleme. Termin ausmachen und Infos kommen per SMS. Der Helm hat mir leider nach der ersten Tagestour nicht gepasst, durfte diesen aber auch noch austauschen. Ich war mit dem Motorrad, mit dem Service und mit der Preis/Leistung sehr zufrieden! Nächste mal, wenn ich in Australien bin, gehe ich wieder hin! // I rented an F800GS for 5 days last year. Since I wasn't quite sure about the height of the seat (I drive a Bandit in DE), I was there before booking online. The guys welcomed me friendly and I was allowed to try it out. I also received some information directly. Booking online without any problems. Make an appointment and information will come via SMS. Unfortunately, the helmet didn't fit me after the first day's tour, but I was allowed to exchange it. Great! The motorcycle was driving terrific, service is great and price/performance ratio absolut acceptable! Next time Australia, I'm coming back!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to hire a motorbike in Perth - this is the place. Rented a moped (50cc) for a week: the price was excellent, the deals online were compelling and the service from Cody was impeccable. He even helped arrange a pickup in the middle of the hire period. Highly recommend this place and I’ll be back on my next visit to WA!

Fantastic experience: Did the majority of lessons with Cody, got the final PDA prep from Aiden and passed first go. I could schedule all lessons before or after my normal workdays for minimal disruption. Both are great and patient instructors with very high focus on how to be safe on the road. Excellent learning experience and really happy with the result!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Cody and crew,although all I had done was a tube replacement without the bike, I was treated like a customer.These guys will do well as they have a good PR and communicate well.To receive a txt msg to say my wheel was ready to go was a good example of this,especially as 3 days later I am still waiting to hear from a bigger dealer as to whether or not they can do the job.Well done guys keep up the good work and you will go far.

Negative experience: Highly advise not to get any mechanical work done at this workshop. After speaking to my new mechanic (who fixed my bike within a day) said that there’s not a qualified mechanic working at this shop. They had my bike for weeks and kept changing what was wrong with it which resulted in them not even fixing the issue. Was such a waste of time and money on my end and I wouldn’t want others to get screwed over like myself. This is disappointing as they seem to run a really good hire side of their business. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Did 3 hours of lessons with Cody, learnt a lot as we did our training on the roads rather than a carpark. Safe, instructive, and a fun time. Well worth doing if you still require lessons. Will be coming back whenever I require another lesson or maybe to fit out parts on my (soon to be) bike.

Cody and Aiden were great teachers. EDIT: Recently also did a major service on my bike for a great price, parts replaced and bike runs like new. Shipped bikes from SA to WA and needed a space t store them safely inside until i found rental accommodation. No hassle, just great service. Fantastic experience: Firstly, CR motorcycles were the easiest of the handful of instructors I contacted to arrange lessons. Cody and Aiden are wonderful instructors, they'll teach you everything you need to know and give you the confidence to go from never riding a motorcycle before to passing your test; first time! Their service and support is top notch and going out for a lesson becomes a weekly highlight. If you're learning to ride I cannot recommend CR Motorcycles enough, professional instruction is essential to really learning how to ride confidently and safely. They will teach you all the essential habits to get into to not only pass your test but to carry on when you're riding alone.

Fantastic experience: I hired CR’s MT10 Yamaha back in September. What a sensational bike. The engine performance and after market pipe really made for a super few days on this bike touring south of Perth. Cody in the office was very welcoming and gave an excellent briefing on the bike before I departed. The bike was flawless and the paperwork requirements for handover were absolutely minimal. A good deal of trust was given that “you know how to ride”, which was appreciated. This bike hire was a real highlight of my trip to Perth.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience sitting my test today with Cody. He is calm, clear, informative and focused on what I needed most. I passed my test, and felt confident. I also dropped my bike in the lesson before my test, (something I had never done before.) Cody kept his cool, taught me in easy steps how to pick it up, explained what I had done to cause it, and got me straight back into my slow turns. I knew it was nerves, and he gave me the space and encouragement to get back in the zone.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor. He coached me through both my R-E license test and my R test a year later. With Cody's instruction I passed each of them on my first attempt. I enjoyed the lessons and would not hesitate to refer a friend to use his training to get their license.

Cody has been extremely easy to work with: prompt communication, very flexible, great selection of bikes, all bikes in immaculate condition, good selection of gear and very reasonable prices. I rented BMW GS1200, excellent bike to explore WA. Will definitely go back to CR Motorcycle next time I am in Perth.
