I did not get the feeling that I was being milked for money as had happened at a previous school that I went to in Malaga. Communication was very good with text message and email reminders of the test date, and also a reminder to bring your license every day. Darren was a very nice and helpful trainer. Negative experience: I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is awful and violent. I witnessed an instructor yelling at an Asian woman with aggressive behavior, and I was deeply shocked. I can't imagine how scared and worried she must have been. Please make sure to choose a different academy.

Negative experience: The place is discriminatory against Asian. Had horrible exprience with the owner and the instructor. They screamed at the trainee and the instructor dozed off during the session

Fantastic experience: I just passed my HC an hour ago. About the company - I had really good and warm welcome. Company even bought ham and cheese toasts for us on a short break. That was really surprising. Darren - Darren was my assessor on day 1. He is funny and throws jokes, makes student feel comfortable. There was a lot of information and huge check list on inspection and that made me nervous to remember everything. But heres my suggestion - go home after 1st day, learn cab drill from paperwork and then open Liams video about cab drill, then learn coupling/uncoupling from paperwork and then open Liams video about this process and continue. I did it 4 times after day 1 and then I felt confident. Liam - on day 2, Liam was my assessor on driving practice. I felt nervous and all the information he passed me at the beginning, I didnt pay attention and did everything opposite. We pulled over and I got little lecture. He was saying You are driving great, whats the matter mate ? Breathe, cool your head off, relax and focus. After that it was all better and I calmed down. Nothing personal Liam and Im sorry I was bit off the track. The reason is it was my first time ever to sit in HC, first time ever with trailer and first time ever to reverse with long trailer. I felt I didnt have good touch and feel with the truck at the beginning. But You made me feel good after and I gained confidence. Im just too harsh on myself and I want to be successful straight away. Im too critical towards myself. You are a very good guy to learn from, thanks Liam Jay - Jay was my assessor on final day in test. Again, cant ask for better guy. Somehow he was my favourite, really calm, friendly, listens your concerns, makes You feel comfortable. I was really happy to have Jay as my assessor on final day, f*****g legend he is. Thank You so much. Overall, really nice guys in the company, they really provide all the information possible to pass You. Its really up to student how much he/she wants the license. Little bit learning at home and You are good. And by the way Darren, thank You so much for calling me over in Your car on that rainy morning. What a legend move, appreciate it mate. Lady in the office took my packbag to office while I had my training, it was rainy. Really lovely move, thank You. Jay, Darren and Liam, Yous can be sure we'll meet in the future. I want my MC and definitely coming back to this company. Really professional approach and thank You making me ready for next step. I wish Yous all the best

Positive experience: I recently completed my HR-A course, and I wanted to share my experience. While the assessment process with Jay was smooth and professional—he was polite, respectful, and created a comfortable environment—unfortunately, I was disappointed with the training portion. My trainer, Jacob, although not disrespectful, had a teaching style that didn’t resonate with me. His approach felt more like complaining than instructing, and at times, his comments came across as mocking. While I understand this may be his natural way of communicating, I found it to be unhelpful and discouraging during my learning process. I believe Jacob has room to improve his communication skills, as a more supportive and constructive approach would greatly benefit future students. I didn’t express my concerns during the training because I wanted to stay focused and respectful, but I hope this feedback can be taken constructively. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism of the assessment, but the training experience could use improvement.
