Mangers are not there , one girl doing her best but either way I dont have my parts and they cant help until someone turns up for work . Better deal with owner operators instead of big companies run by accountants . Order now being rectified they are doing there best but no guarantee I will get my parts before my trip . Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend this dealership if you are looking at a Harley The whole sales team seems very experienced and knows what they are selling. At no stage where they pushy. I mainly dealt with Glen and he kept me updated with everything and gave me a great experience from pre purchase to riding it away. He was amazing to deal with and would often help distract my 2 yr old son while we were trying to get things done. The workshops did a great job. I had a variety of Harley Davidson genuine accessories and aftermarket parts fitted. There I dealt with Tom and he had great guidance and understanding, helping me to achieve what I wanted to with my 2024 street glide. The boys in the workshop did awesome with the fit out Mick in finance was a pleasure to deal with, was able to knock everything over very quick and was quick to communicate The parts and accessories staff are awesome for a chinwag and were great with helping me get addition parts, clothing or answer questions I had. Overall, a great dealership, I felt welcome each time I went in and they communicate well. Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding experience from the team! From the first moment of walking in to "buy gloves" (is what I told the missus). To being shown and picking the right bike for us. The team weren't aggressive and didn't try and hard sell anything, really welcoming experience of allowing us to decide and work on a budget. We were originally going to go for the 24 street bob. (Price tag to keep the wife happy). The Lowrider S in Sharkskin Blue was the ultimate choice and what we ended up with. The guys were fantastic with accommodating the change of bike and really worked hard for us to get everything over the line with a good finance option. I can't wait to be heading back in to continue working with the guys ordering parts and servicing. Can't say there is any place I'd rather go! I'm along way off thinking of buying another bike but 100% it will be Mogan and Wacker that I'd be going through.

Fantastic experience: Today myself and my wife picked up our new 2023 Heritage Softail from Glenn. We traded in a 2012 Electra glide and as usual we also bought some merch from the young lady in store (so sorry can't remember her name). Fantastic experience: I’ve dealt with M&W HD on and off for a few years now. Late last year I had them do a major service on my bike, put on a new rear tire, replace both the rocker box gaskets and upgraded the breathers and had them replace the inner and outer primary seals. All maintenance that was overdue! After all the work, I discovered the outer primary gasket had a slow leak. I should have contacted them much sooner but I called up Luke the other day and he got me booked in right away. Yesterday they had it up on the table and replaced the outer primary seal along with a few other seals. They did this completely free of charge as they guarantee their work. Ross, Trevor and Luke really looked after me. Thanks, Gents! Trevor also has a Night Train and he's always sharing what he's been doing on it. He took a look at my bike and offered me some advice about my riser bushings. Great service!

Negative experience: Had Harley's most my life. The service I received a month ago was discussing. Unless I wanted a new bike they walked away. They were not interested in discussing any of the used bikes. I had the cash to buy and wanted a v rod. I left in discuss and bought a Triumph American. .I will never visit a Harley dealership again.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few weeks I have been heading over to Newstead to talk to Tim, D’Cruze on what would be a good bike for me. I have historically been a Suzuki GXR, bandit and Aprilia fan. I wanted something different and a Harley is what I had my heart set on! Tim took me around a number of bikes, and boy he knows his stuff. I landed on the Fat Bob 114. Today I rode home with flys in my teeth. The entire team were friendly, professional and far from the usual pushy sales tactics. I have loved the experience I had with the entire team. Shane helped me pick out some much wanted but not needed upgrades, Mick took me through the contractual stuff. My bike had an obscure hard to track wiring issue 9 months after purchase - no ones fault - one of those things. Under the Mechanical Protection Plan I took out the fellas at Morgan & Wackers picked up the bike and spent considerable time tracking down and sorting the problem. All covered. Got the 16,000km service done at the same as it was almost due. Great job guys. Thanks Ross! Bike is running like a dream at the moment.

Fantastic experience: I had a mechanical failure of the latch on my 3 year old BMW helmet. Jimmy in parts got onto BMW Australia and obtained a replacement helmet for me under BMW's 5 year guarantee. All seamless; and then he changed over the communications system for me as well to the new helmet. Great friendly service.

Negative experience: I'd love to be able to contribute a review but after 3 attempts to make an enquiry and never getting a reply despite giving email and phone numbers. If this is an indication of customer service to expect perhaps it's best they don't ever respond. Will find my new lowrider s so.ewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Phoned up from VIC to enquire about a 2020 sport glide. Got a good price including delivery. Very helpful staff happy to answer questions. Also got a bunch of parts that ive since put on. After some surgery there was a delay of 6 months after arrival before I could put some parts on. I realised there was some mounting brackets missing in the shipping box. I was worried about the delay since opening the delivery as the bracket was priced at $250 I wasn’t sure I would have much of a case. Rather than assuming the worst of the customer, they just immediately shipped one out express. From the start till the end I’ve been super impressed with the service and staff here and cannot recommend enough from any state. Delivery was super affordable and effortless. It’s gone from stock, to dream spec! Loving it. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I had my sportster serviced for some electrical issues by Ross and his team. They organised for it to be picked up and were nothing but helpful, patient, diligent, always happy to explain processes and procedures. Big ups to him and his team!! On the other hand the sales staff are lazy vultures who are only interested in helping if hey benefit financially.

Negative experience: Bought a Harley from here nearly 2 years ago, we opt in for the mechanical protection plan. What a waste of time & $1295! After a 1000km we have a problem and MW won’t cover it, stating that we have never had it serviced with them. We live 10 hours away, truely any excuse, no help at all.

Negative experience: Happy to take your money and order parts but keep you on the dark about problems or eta’s then, after 6+ months I canceled and ask for a refund was told the money would be deposited back into my account that day, been almost 4 weeks and still no money. Always have an excuse for everything and happy to blame someone else. Poor customer service no one seems to know what’s going on, just flat out disappointing
