Fantastic experience: Ben is an excellent driving instructor and showed the patience needed to help me get my licence first time.

Negative experience: I booked Ben for my test day 1 hr lesson and car for my test he is not a good teacher when I start driving the first thing he said I will not pass my test today which makes me feel bad and nervous while parking in the Bethania Transport office he put his foot on the accelerator and blaming me that I just doing race and when I till him that I am not racing my foot is on a break then he said sorry it’s my mistake because his foot is on the accelerator he is not suitable for driving lesson he doesn’t know what he is doing and he seems confused as well when he told me to indicate left and turn right he made me more confused and when I failed my test he talked to the examiner about me that I am not his student that he just met me today only which is ridiculous. Very unprofessional and demotivating the person. If you don’t trust me try him.
