Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of finding Debbie and having lessons by her. Debbie is straightforward, kind, funny, and considerate. She never made me feel discouraged or embarrassed when I made mistakes and helped me laugh it off and do it right the next time, even if she had to write on my hands for my lefts and rights! I really enjoyed our chats during our lessons and will miss her!! She was the exact help I needed to finally get my p’s. Thank you Debbie

Fantastic experience: Can not thank Deb enough, she is caring, kind, understanding and patient whilst making sure you understand and follow the road rules. With my anxiety she somehow knew how to make me feel comfortable and confident and after years of trying and failing in the past, Today I passed my test after only a few lessons with Deb. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor! Passed my test this morning !! Very professional, very calm and over the course of the last year ive had lessons with her I’ve become a confident and safe driver, I felt a 100 times more confident after my first couple lessons when I first went on the road. Am going to miss having lessons with Debbie and will always remember everything she taught me! Couldn’t thank her enough for her work with me :)

Negative experience: Booked a lesson three months ago, forgot what date it was because it’s a long time. No reminder that a lesson was due, she showed up but I was unable to go for the lesson so I explained I couldn’t. She charged me the full hour and a half lesson that I did not do.. I understand a fee for coming out but paying for a lesson that I never did is ridiculous. Thank you for your reply but I absolutely did NOT receive any reminder message on either date you specified, it is definitely the correct number I gave because I got a confirmation text when I booked but definitely no follow up messages. I have proof in my message bank if you need to see what I’ve been sent.

Good Morning Kimberly, Thankyou for your review on Google & Facebook. In response to both reviews as you have turned off comments for Facebook, You were in fact sent a reminder 3 days prior to your Lesson dated the 7th of June at 11:08am & another the Day before 9th June at 8:12am to the Mobile Number that was given by your self to Debbie at the time when you booked your Lesson. You were also sent a E-Consultation Form on the 5th of June. Deb's L's to P's has Cancellation Fee's associated with all bookings hence why the system that admin runs gives everyone 3 days notice. The fees are as follows, - 3 days notice No fee - 2 days notice 50% of Total Booking Fee - 24hrs or less 100% of Total Booking Fee When Debbie arrived you were rude to her when she told you that the full fee must be paid. It is not Debbie's problem that you forgot because you booked it 3 months prior even though the System shows that you received all reminders, Also you stated that your Permit Expired a week ago. So had you simply cancelled the lesson within the specified time frame then you would not have been charged & Debbie would not have been waiting for you & another person on the wait list could of had that booking. As you can appreciate she has a business to run. The fact that the cancellation has been Outlined & Stated Formally means that at the time you book a Lesson you agree to the Terms & Conditions, therefore Deb's L's To P's is within Legal Rights to enforce the Cancellation Fees. Thankyou Admin Debbie is a very highly regarded Driving Instructor & is booked out 3 months in advance & has people on a waiting list for Cancelations.

Fantastic experience: Debbie was fantastic when my daughter was learning to drive, she was patient and understanding and the difference in my daughters confidence and skills on the road once she stated learning with Debbie was very noticable. Highly recommended.
