Negative experience: Had a lesson with Teresa a while back. As others have said, I remember her being short-tempered and impatient. She would sigh whenever I made a mistake which would make me tense up and feel uncomfortable. It's terrible behaviour for anyone, let alone someone responsible for supporting learners in a high risk environment.

Fantastic experience: I had a couple of lessons with Teresa. I started with her from scratch. She was very patient with me and my intense right turns. When I didn’t understand how to do something, she would draw it out for me which really helped. I am a lot more confident with my driving now and ready to do my PDA.

Fantastic experience: Sem is an amazing instructor, helpful and patient. Even for those people who have an international driving license and experienced in driving, there are lots of details that should be considered and practiced before a PDA in WA. Sem exactly knows how to teach those details and basics in a simple way to make sure that the students can handle any driving situation and have relaxed and easy going PDA. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My lesson with Sem was less than an hour before my PDA. With very little time I've got with him, Sem managed to deliver the essential information to pass my PDA. I made some mistakes that I shouldn't do (especially less than an hour before PDA). However, Sem taught me how to rectify them without making me anxious. Sem also provided important information about how to be a confident driver. Just before I met my assessor, Sem sat with me and assured me to believe in myself that I'm a capable and confident driver. Sem was very patient, straightforward, friendly, and helpful throughout my lesson with him. I'm very happy I got my lesson with Sem, if I can give him more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Would not recommend to anyone. I booked my lesson in advance through their website. My appointment time was for 11:15 AM. I texted before to ask for a confirmation and got no answer. I waited and waited and called the company directly and then called the instructor directly herself. She did not even know who I was and didn’t plan for my lesson. I had an email confirmation and everything. I was left waiting for close to 45 minutes. I could excuse that because as disappointing as it is, these things happen. However, what I can’t excuse is the way I got treated throughout the lesson I had done 10 hours with another instructor before but I was a bit rusty. The instructor was not patient with me at all. When I wasn’t steering right, instead of patiently telling me how to do it she would place her hand on my hands while I was driving and kept hitting/batting at my hand. No instructor has ever laid their hand on me even when I was making mistakes. The most an instructor has done was adjust the steering wheel for me but NO ONE until this instructor has ever touched me. She would also constantly yell at me and sigh loudly to let me know I wasn’t doing anything right. I didn’t get to complete my full hour as well as we only went on for around 45 minutes. Paid $65 for a 45 minute lesson where I got yelled at. Not worth it. There was no professionalism during the entire lesson and overall it was a horrible and needless to say, traumatising experience for me.

I was given precise instruction one hour training that I booked and then I was taken to test and provided all support during the test. Fantastic service. I recommend this place for anybody wanting to upgrade to manual and specially those who migrate and trying to get WA license as well.

I appreciate that she wants me to progress rather than staying stagnant, it motivates me to want to drive better. She's an understanding and wonderful teacher who wants the best for you.

Positive experience: Sem is an honest and understanding instructor. He is able to effectively explain and reexplain items through different perspectives as to help students apply it through their driving through their preferred way of thinking. He easily makes difficult tasks become simple and is fair with his judgement and observation of driving skills, with improvements i found within the first lesson. Truly a skilled and sometime humorous teacher.

I had lessons with other schools before who were impatient and angry and not helpful but Sem is much better at dealing with the stressful parts of learning to drive. Negative experience: I also disagree with most of these reviews. As a nervous driver I felt like my instructor Teresa was short-tempered and condescending, and I felt very uncomfortable during the lessons. I was also taught a few techniques that were irrelevant or false, in regards to my driving test.

On only one session I learnt all the ways to park with ease and perfection. JUST ONE SESSION.
