Negative experience: Failed in everything Punctual - Did 5 one hour lessons he was over 15 minutes late for 2 lessons and the 5th one he wouldn't give me a time I just had to keep my whole afternoon free Communication - I almost ended up cancelling my drive test as he did not fully read my question and just told me to move it. Teaching - my new drive instructor is shocked at some of the things I was taught for example stopping at a stop sign and just counting to 5 ( should be looking around and working out how to enter the road not counting) or only being taught how to parallel park using the reverse camera (one it only works for their car two you can lose marks just starring at the camera) there were also many misunderstandings/bad driving habits he did not pick up on or correct. As a business - I failed my test driving with him I said I rebook my test on my way back and he never followed up to ask if I wanted to book more lessons or the test with him. I did the same amount of lessons with a new instructor and managed to undo his damage and successfully pass my test.

Fantastic experience: Passed my exam last week. I took around 15 classes and I passed in one shot at Carlton during the toughest hour in the morning 8:30AM, while it was raining. Sometimes trainers might be tough and you may feel de-motivated but you remember those pointers during hard times and your chances of mistakes are really less. So dont worry if solo is angry on you :D lol.

Negative experience: Waste of time. I booked a class for Saturday the timing was confirmed as 12pm and then at 12 no one arrived. On calling them the person tells me you didn't confirm even though all the confirmation was done over the phone.
