Fantastic experience: I was looking to convert my overseas licence and wanting to do it in one go. After looking up multiple options online, Avi from Sprint school was amongst the most prompt to come back to me and book lessons as per my schedule. We prepared well for 3 lessons in the route of my testing Center. Avi ensured I had sufficient practice before my test and I passed today in my first attempt. For those looking for instructors willing to adjust to your schedule, prompt in their responses and not asking for payment online for large packages…Sprint / Avi would be good for you.

Negative experience: Triggers warning: racism and inappropriate sexual behaviours Avi was not only the absolute worst driving instructor, but possibly one of the worst human beings on this planet. I signed up to his lessons based on some of the high reviews here, but I now know that they were all paid for by the money he scammed off everybody else. How did I know? Because he directly offered me money for a 5-star review. He frequently turned up to the lesson extremely late, then used his phone the whole time and finished earlier than the intended time. He barely gave instructions or guidance, and when he did, they were shouted at me with racial slurs to follow - I distinctly remembered him saying “you asians can’t drive to save your lives”. I gave him multiple chances because I foolishly paid in advance for these lessons. Yet, just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I had to cancel my last few lessons because Avi touched my left hand inappropriately under the guise of ‘showing me how to switch gears’ and even complimented me with “you have very nice hands”. I felt extremely uncomfortable and if you want to save yourself from having to go to therapy, please avoid this man at all cost. Knowing Avi, he will deny everything I have written here. After all he did, it would not surprise me one bit that he is also a liar. I only hope he gets what he deserves in life.

Negative experience: The instructor spent my WHOLE lesson making me turn corners at 5km/ph because he said it was the safest way, which is so untrue. Plus, voucher only lasts for 4 months and is nonrefunable, i dont think that is enough time but just be vigilant.

Fantastic experience: Oliver was very friendly, reassuring and patient with me during our lessons and never failed to calm my nerves when I felt overwhelmed. His kindness and support went a long way, especially for someone like me who is quite anxious. I felt that I always gained something out of every lesson and I was able to pass the test on my first attempt. Truly the best driving instructor :)

It’s really important that your driving instructor will give you confidence and make you feel relaxed. I learned to do reverse parking in 20 minutes and nailed it every-time. Negative experience: Not even 1 star. I am amazed this driving school actually has reviews, as my experience with communicating with them has been non existent. Multiple attempts to call the contact number, email, and to sms the number on the website and nothing. It has been weeks. I was trying to use a voucher that my sister had bought, do not ever pay this place up front. Seems scammy to me and what’s with the owner arguing with customers in the comments? Incredibly unprofessional company.

We needed an instructor and car with less than a week to my son’s driving test (the driving school I had booked canceled and were not responding), and Sprint came to the rescue. They responded within 24 hours. Very happy with our instructor William. My son said he is a very good and knowledgeable instructor. My son passed first time. Thank you so much Sprint and William.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. Driving instructor Avi- Consistently late and cancelled the class without informing. Some of the excuses- car problem, dental problem etc During the lesson spent time talking on the phone or scribbling in his notebook. I was stupid enough to pay upfront for 10 classes and give a second, third, fourth chance inspite of extremely unprofessional behaviour because I was desperate for driving lessons. Fortunately I was able to get my money back for remainder of the hours but definitely regret joining this class. Waste of money and time.

Showed up 10 mins earlier demanding I come out when we agreed on an time is beyond rude, I just got home from work. Thanks! He explains the do's and dont's of driving, and even the why's. He even uses a notepad to illustrate, which made me better understand different driving conditions. A very good teacher. Negative experience: Absolute garbage. Their website says they help student drivers 'in Boronia and surrounding suburbs' but they can't make it to the next suburb over. (cont.) Edit in response to the lazy and poorly written reply below: I wrote this review 8 months ago. I was told that Bayswater was 'too far away,' not that instructors were on leave. The reply to my review is simply a lie.

Negative experience: I had my horrible driving lesson. For first lesson, they didn’t show up and i was waiting. When i call him, he said he has to cancel lesson because car was broken and he lost my number so he couldn’t call me and let me know. How unprofessional and unorganized. Next lesson, he showed up but he was not on time. While driving lessons, whole hour he was writing something on the paper or texting on the phone or even making a phone call. This is not acceptable!!! After the lesson, we take about 5 min to make schedule for next lessons, while doing that, he told me i am wasting his time he said he has to go next lesson. How rude. If you want to have driving lesson with this company whoever, just remember, they will never be on time, they never teach you anything, just for whole lesson, you will be driving like yourself. And you also won’t have enough time to make schedule with them because they are busy and they need to go next lesson right after you.

Negative experience: I left my first driving lesson completely stressed . As a new young driver I could not believe the lack of professionalism , whilst in the car in a driving lesson. I was anxious as us normal when driving fif first time. The instructor was on his phone, not placing his attention or duty of care on his learner driver but booking in lessons, answers texts etc. They were beyond rude afterwards, when i rang to speak to the manager Harvey. He called me a liar , accusing me of slating his driving instructor . I'm not sure why anyone would make up such a lie , especially since this driving school has $250 upfront payment from me. They cancelled twice prior to my first lesson. I asked for a refund they offered me a 'free' lesson stating i wasn't entitled to a refund . However according to Victoria Consumer Affairs if the service is not deemed professional and they offer a less than adequate service (I believe being a professional driving instructor means you have 100% of your attention on the road and with the learner driver, and I am sure its a driving offence as an instructor to be on the phone whilst vehicle is on the road with a learner) I will continue to request my refund if the 4 lessons not taken...butfjr anyone else *****DO NOT BOOK **** ASIDE FROM UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DO NOT PUT SAFEY FIRST

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK THIS DRIVING SCHOOL i paid upfront $250 and had 1 no show from driving instructor, 1 cancelled lesson, 1 last minute change of time and then ony had 1 lesson which was so unsafe I have not returned. THE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR I HAD WAS NOT COMPETENT, he did not focus on his roll , he proceeded on answering calls and texts during a driving lesson on a busy Melbourne city road, at peak traffic, with a first timer behind the wheel. its neither reliable nor professional. I rang to ask for a refund which we are more than entitled to after all if the issues stated above , I wrote letters, sent texts and emails. All ignored. Do not use this driving school it is not professional or safe.

Negative experience: I have made booking at Sprint Driving School through find my driving and it was mentioned on the site that first class will be of 10$ and when instructor gave me class he charged me 50$ even after showing them confirmation email.This is scam.When I called their office the the guy talked very rudely also. Will not recommend booking your class through this driving school.

Negative experience: Both instructors were OK, but not fully focussed on the lesson. E.g. showing the learner photos of their family during the lesson. Today, instructor H was looking at their phone or taking calls during the lesson. He was late for the lesson and it was not a full hour, but charged the full rate.

Fantastic experience: Harvey, my driving instructor, taught me the skills needed to pass my driving test. He guided me throughout the entire lesson and exam. Harvey made sure I passed my exam and made me feel confident in my driving. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I paid for 5 sessions and i got only one lesson. I contact them several times to get the rest of lessons and I request the refund and they never reply. Negative experience: It was a horrible experience. I was sent a 77 year old elderly man. He couldn't communicate well in English and charged me for the lesson before he taught me. The time I used to bank in my payment was included as part of the lesson. I made a complaint after the lesson to Harvey and I got another call from an instructor who was 70 yrs old. I quit!
