He's trained thousands of people to become better and safer drivers, including one of the testing officers I had on one of my tests. I failed my P's test twice and decided to get a lesson. I booked a lesson for the same time as the test which was the next day, and learnt everything I could. Monty pointed out the errors I was making and helped me correct them. He taught me about positioning, how to perform turns properly, and most importantly to take things slower. Monty explained everything very clearly. If you want to stop failing just pay for a lesson, It's not worth the stress, cost, or time lost that comes with reattempting the test over and over again. You'll become a safer and better driver as a result, which is good for your future chances of avoiding accidents. I passed the test and I now have my P's, thank you for helping me Monty.

Fantastic experience: The best instructor you can find in Sydney. I booked few sessions with Monty for my wife and I sat on the back seat during the driving lessons. I must say that he was very honest in the feedback. First, I felt that he is bit pricey but after witnessing his way of teaching, I can say that every minute was more than worth the money. A message to every learner out there - Do not get trapped with driving schools who are cheap in pricing, that’s a waste of time and money. I have done that mistake myself. Have wasted lots of money on cheap lessons and the result was, wrong learning, lack of confidence and failing the test again and again. Monty’s techniques were easy to understand because they make lots of sense. My wife understood her mistakes and gained confidence with just one session. Fantastic experience: I needed to exchange my foreign drivers licence to Australian, so needed to pass a test drive. I’m a confident driver, but went to driving school to get some understanding what are the expectations during a test drive. The instructor checked my driving style first and then gave the advices how it could be aligned with the expectations at driving test. So I changed my driving style accordingly. Advises and hints I got during my driving lesson were very useful. Monty has a very professional and consistent approach, explained things in a calm and respectful manner. Thanks to his lessons I passed the test after first try. Also car I hired at the school for the test absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Monty is such a lucky charm for my family. My husband got his licence by taking a couple of lessons with Monty, then my co-sister got hers a few months back and now i have got it too. Me in my mid 30's who had 0 driving experience before and trying to learn driving mainly for school pick up and drop, gave me the desperation to learn. Took my sessions with Monty. In my first class he totally analysed my driving skills. I was not watching the long side of the road and i had always focussed on the nearest obstacles only. He was the one to tell me to watch at the very end of the road and drive. No one has ever taught this nake in my previuos driving lessons(like my husband or insructors overseas). I was very slow because I was afraid to drive faster like beyond 20 was faster to me. The second class he took me on Victoria road and we drove on sydney harbour bridge. This was the ice breaker to pick up my speed. Also i kept doing hard breaks ,which then he taught me to break perfectly. Gradually he corrected all my mistakes. It was quite a long journey(3 months) with Monty. With some hurdles like getting my overseas licence online took some time. I had taken a 6 hour package and a 10 hour package. He made sure i got enough driving experience for practical driving and then groomed me for the test. Test day was pretty nervous just like any one, but i had passed my test on my first attempt. Writing this with gratitude for Monty. I would totally recommend Monty to any one who is looking to pass their driving test on their first attempt.

Fantastic experience: I recently got in touch with Ldriving School for my driving test. I had a brief discussion about my previous failed attempts and how to overcome over speeding, missing blind spot checks and most importantly lane changing techniques, which were the reasons of my failed attempts. All these were discussed with Monty during my first session. He evaluated my driving skills and my previous results and helped me rectify those pain points. I decided to reappear for my test under his guidance. On test day, he helped me practise thoroughly to get my concepts right rather than focusing much on test route. Fantastic experience: I went to Monty for a test package with 1 hr session. To be honest, I had an instructor whom I have had roughly 65 sessions and fail on my 1st take. I was told that I need at least 6 sessions before I do the exam and I felt I don’t need it. With Monty, in an hour he directly told me what are the unnecessary habits that I am doing that I have not been told from my previous instructor. He directly instructed me with a definite step by step guide and from then on all went smoothly. He made 4 significant points that made me easily take control of the car - in just 1 hour! Also, his car is easily manageable. So thanks to him! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My driving lesson journey started in Jan 2022 with multiple classes and multiple failed test attempts with different driving school and I was failing every time with head check/blind spot check, sometimes I was been told that I miss head checks and sometimes I was been told I do more head checks and distracting myself while driving and I was never been told why head checks/blind spot checks are done and where it should be done properly. Then I had a chance to discuss the situation with Monty through a reference from my friend, when I first spoke itself he sounded very knowledgeable and he saw and interpreted the my failed test results exactly and explained my issues very clearly, I was very happy with the way he explained the details of my errors, I was never explained with my test results clearly by any of my previous instructors. I decided to go with him just to try how it will work with him, I took only 2 classes from him and 1 class before test, he really knows what he does!!! And He is best. He made me unlearn all the wrong things and taught me the right things, he never only take you through test route just for the sake of passing the driving test, I felt his motive was to make safe drivers on road, that is why he explains lot of road rules and issues we can face other than just teaching the test route and he cleared lot of misconceptions about road rules, demerit system etc., his vast experience in this field is clearly seen while he explains every minute details, he gives very good confidence before test and make sure you are not stressed out. After all the learning, it was just 1 driving test attempt and I PASSED clearly with no notable errors and all credits to Monty. Thanks a lot for your help and support Monty.

Fantastic experience: About 2 months back, I had a chance to take one class from Monty. That one session in itself was an eye-opener despite the fact that I had been driving overseas for more than 25 years and always considered myself to be a safe driver. I never forget to do a shoulder check coming out of the curb because of the way I was explained it's essence by Monty. He is a phenomenal coach and is equally good for one who comes with a prior driving experience and road sense or someone who is absolutely new at the wheels. I remember that at the end of my session with Monty, I was regretting that why didn't I record the session on phone since it had too many learnings for me to internalize all of them. I had taken a couple of lessons before I had one with Monty and sure his services are a tad bit more..but only when you take that session you end up realizing that whilst it was an expense with others , it's an investment with Monty, considering essential life skills you acquired at the road. I gave my DT yesterday and scored 108 of 112. A huge credit goes to that one session !!
