He was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. I was initially nervous before the course but Matt and the team made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Negative experience: I think the training was rude as my company had paid someone to help me with my reading and writing but he said in front of the class that I “should go home and I should learn more English before I came back to do the course”, I felt embarrassed but also he didn’t read the email properly that my company has provided for TDT training saying that they have paid for an interpreter But five stars to the interpreter who helped me with my test I appreciate his help but also Some of the students supported me as they fought the trainer was rude as well The reason why I am leaving this feedback is I don’t want this to happen to any other student who feels shame! but also having a learning disability

Right from start from enrolling, till him passing the course the guys were over the top in communications ( in a really good way ) to help Tom. Fantastic experience: I did a course at TDT in Sunshine that qualified me to get my forklift driving licence. The two day course provided everything I needed to qualify and I found the trainer (Jim Stephens) to be very knowledgeable and an excellent and helpful trainer. Prior to completing the two days of training, it's important that you do the pre-reading, which is sent to you well in advance. Overall my experience with TDT was very positive. If you want to get your forklift driving licence, TDT can help you get it.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money with them!!! They failed me without taking my knowledge test Asked me to do 4 pre questions then you will sit in test I did 2 correct questions and 2 around So they said you have to do all correct to sit in original test Ok then you give refund if I can’t sit in test or reschedule me in same money because you haven’t took my test There is a margin of few mistake in original test But now they asking to pay again to sit in test I did my drive test in other state so now they have no other option to make heavy margin money from me so they failed me in 5 min without taking actual test so asked me to book again and pay $250 again Don’t waste your money here I have one driving school that they will actually take your test in $200 And there retest fee is very very less only $50 You don’t have to pay $250 for retest again

Negative experience: I have got here two trainers when I was undertaking the course. One of them is really positive and encouraging for trainees but the other one I got is really opposite. A teacher should have the qualities that make tasks easier for students. Whereas some teachers attitude rather make students nervous and eventually easier course becomes harder and they fail.

Fantastic experience: I did my HR training at Hallam with Jason Gardner and found him to be Excellent in explaining the skills ,techniques and ideas to become the best driver . I got the best Understanding Of Controlling the HR vehicle in a safe manner,which allow me to drive safely with confidence . Waiting for the HC

Fantastic experience: I did a 2 day course and assessment for my Heavy Rigid, Non-syncromesh licence at the Hallam facility and cannot speak highly enough of my trainer and assessor, Tim D'arcy. Having never driven a road ranger box before, I was really anxious about it. Tim was able to get me to relax and communicated what was required in a way that really helped me. Definitely recommend spending a bit extra for the full 2-day course if you've not driven a non-syncro manual box before. Thanks, Tim. You're a legend.

Fantastic experience: Hi there if you need a truck licence or a forklift licence this is the place to come my wife did her HR truck licence a while ago and her trainer was amazing . I just did my forklift licence and my trainer Paul B is a legend for 2 days he put 100 per cent in to make sure everyone had the full knowledge to gain a pass and achieve their licence. Well Done TDT Hallam

Soon as I met my trainer Gerry I instantly felt at ease. I had an amazing experience with Gerry and the TDT Training Team. Gerry was very accommodating and professional, the whole process went seamlessly. The experience was not only educational but also really enjoyable. Way more than I expected when I got out of bed this morning!!! definitely recommend TDT Training. Fantastic experience: I recently attended TDT to obtain a Medium Rigid Truck endorsement which was a full day driver training with assessments. The driving instructor I was allocated put me at ease from the very beginning of the day. The day commenced with a multiple choice exam which if you had done your pre course online portal training was not overly hard. My instructor had a very unique training style which allowed me to concentrate on driving without stress. Knowing the Road Rules well helps you throughout this course as it allows you to focus on what you are taught by the instructor as driving a truck is completely different to a car. They tell you what to expect other drivers to do and believe me they do exactly what they warn you about. I found this helps as it is the stupidity of other road users that could potentially make your day harder than it needs to be. They give you plenty of opportunities to practice everything that will be asked of you during assessments along with demonstrating what’s required themselves. Throughout the day I noticed that all of the instructors were very friendly and although the majority of the day was spent in the truck the office facilities were a little antiquated. One thing I did find is that the written exam had a few questions with more than one correct answer and thought that it could be updated to reflect the online Portal Practice Quizzes. It would appear that Vic Roads & Road Rules have differing answers and I know which one I follow. That aside I would highly recommend using TDT.

Fantastic experience: Trainer was very knowledgeable, he made me feel comfortable driving the truck. The course was unfamiliar to me as I’m not from Bendigo, but after 2 training laps I was able to overcome my nerves and passed. Even if I failed it would have been no fault of the training. Even once I had passed the trainer still gave me more tips and things to look out for! Going next week to do the dangerous goods endorsement training. Fingers crossed
