We attended as a family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers) with varying levels of previous rising experience. Steve was a highly knowledgeable and patient instructor, who quickly developed rapport with adults and teens. We all had a great day and came out of it having learnt a huge amount.

Fantastic experience: I recently got the second stage of my motorcycle licence and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure. My instructor was nothing but nice and helpful, with a mix professionalism and causal it created a stress free environment. I would definitely recommend DMC for anyone who is going for there motorcycle licence.

Fantastic experience: My son booked in with these guys to do his Learner Training and he said they were great. They were very informative, keeping you up to date with SMS's before the training and after the training. It's an outdoor classroom amd a cute little track that the learners get to "putt" around. These guys supply a range of bikes. We ended up buying gloves and a helmet. And we had to supply long pants and a shirt, lunch and water bottle. Training finished at approx 1430hrs; but there were only about 6 in the class which I thought was good; means the trainer can spend time with everyone. Located to the right directly before Gate 1, Hidden Valley. Great little set up - well done guys!

Fantastic experience: I did my learners licence today and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to learn to speak to Lachlan and Steve. They are friendly, approachable and very professional. Lachlan took the extra bit of time needed by all of us on the course today to ensure we were using the correct technique and that we were comfortable, confident and happy to move on or spend more time if we needed. Fantastic experience: I arrived at my course grumpy because the laws have changed since I last had a bike licence, and I now need to jump through some hoops I hadn't anticipated. At the end of the day, I left having thoroughly enjoyed the entire course, having learned a great deal more than I expected, and feeling grateful for the experience. Lachlan is the real deal and runs an excellent learning facility. He acknowledged the varying degrees of prior experience of all the people on my course and found ways to challenge us each in our knowledge and skills. The topics he covered were wide-ranging, important, accurate, and concise. I will return to complete the next stage of my bike licence, and I recommend others do the same. Thanks Lachlan!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing motorcycle school! As a backpacker, I wasn't quite sure how to obtain the P license, but with the help of Lachlan and Steven, everything went smoothly. With their assistance, I received all the necessary information and support to complete the process. Steve was the course instructor, and I must say that even after a year of riding and 25,000 km on an L license, I learned a lot of new riding techniques from him that will surely enhance my riding safety. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Darwin Motorcycle Riding School. My husband and I completed the learners and provisional licence course with them. Steve and the guys provide a great service and are very knowledgeable. The facilities at Hidden Valley are excellent and provide a safe environment for practicing and building your confidence. The course curriculum is very thorough and we felt safe and confident going out on the road. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good words for DMC. From the enrolment process and scheduling with John and training with Peter. Peter is the most PATIENT instructor, well versed, skilled, professional and a good motivator. I was really nervous as previously I enrolled in a different school and was badly bruised up with all the fall i had But surprisingly when I did this course with DMC, not a bruise or even a fall happened. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DMC to everyone really, especially to those who have no motorbike driving experience. Oh their motorbikes are really cool too! THANK YOU for the exemplary experience Peter and John. You guys deserve more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Awesome course! Informative and practical. I went and took this course months earlier before for my pre-learners, and only recently for my pre-provisional. Both times I had John who was nice, friendly and educational. It is recommended bringing your own personal safety equipment. There are bikes for hire present and there you will learn basic to intermediate bike operation and handling, and road safety when riding.

Fantastic experience: I travelled up from Katherine to do the pre-learner course, and I was not disappointed! John is a great teacher, very patient and professional. As I had never rode a motorbike before, he was very encouraging and I feel a lot more confident now. The fact that it’s only one day, great bikes supplied, and small classes (Katherine has only two day courses which only happen every two months or so, you have to supply your own bikes and have larger group classes) I was happy to come up and try out the Darwin Motorcycle Riding School course and I will be highly recommend it to anyone from Darwin, Katherine and surrounding areas!
