Negative experience: I bought my first brand new 117 breakout from here.upon purchase they were all smiles.after purchase seems like the whole store except 1 or 2 of em didn't wanna know me i have been back to buy a couple of upgrades for my bike and even then felt unwelcome.shout out to Louie though in parts.he is quite genuine and interested in your actual inquiry.

Fantastic experience: Got an amazing deal on a brand new 2024 Road Glide Ltd. The customer service was superb and my wife and I instantly felt a part of the H-D family.

Fantastic experience: Great showroom but the way multiple staff members ride southbound down the M1 in a morning is deplorable. Splitting moving traffic at 120+kph, weaving in and out of traffic and being downright dangerous whilst wearing staff uniform isn’t a great advert. Fantastic experience: My brother and I recently purchased two HD Sport Glide's through Gold Coast Harley Davidson. The experience was exceptional. Reece, my first point of contact was friendly, efficient, thorough and professional. Jake provided honest competitive pricing. Kyle provided insurance quotations better than anything else I could find including my own multi-vehicle discounted policy through Shannons. When we arrived to collect the bikes ALL paperwork was ready and complete with both registration and insurance requiring only signing. Brian was a gem with parts knowledge and the fitting costs for our choices were very reasonable. The bikes were registered, insured, immaculate, full of petrol, all parts fitted, ready to go at the time scheduled. My brother and I have purchased multiple vehicles from multiple business over the years but none have provided a better experience than Gold Coast Harley Davidson. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Thanks to all the staff at GC HD. Genuinely Highly Recommended.

Fantastic experience: On a trip from Alice Springs down the centre across to Newcastle and up the coast with a mate all going well till got a bit of a rattle in the old girl. Called in to Gold Coast Harley the guys got straight onto the problem worked on it most of the. Problem solved unbelievable service could not be more helpful highly recommend them excellent service and staff.

Negative experience: If these guys contact you with regards to selling them your advertised Harley Davidson, be very very wary, very dodggie!!. Some fella called Scott rang me offering me a reduced price, for my Street Glide Special . I had been getting two or three messages a day with offers, all going nowhere, so seemed like easy option. He asked me if I would be prepared to deliver the bike, I live a few hours South in New South Wales, I suggested that they cover the cost for my mate (who also has three Harley Davidsons) to drive up and pick me up. I contacted Scott many times confirming that they were not going to attempt to lowball me once I had made the effort to go there, he said no problems. I was suss dealing with vehicle salespeople, but he genuinely sounded trustly, I should have known better. My friend and I both made our way to the Gold Coast, him in his car. You wouldn't believe it! the manager Steve come out with the pathetic list of items that needed doing to my motorcycle. Front tyre couldn't knock the back one as it was brand new, front one had plenty of life in it and wasn't too old, the smallest scratch on the front you've ever seen, and front rotors, which did not even a lip on them. Not a nice feeling being taken for a fool, told me he thought it was UN roadworthy, I asked him if he would mind if I go and get a independent roadworthy certificate, he didn't know what to say, I don't ride UN roadworthy motorcycles. The bike had 62,000 km on it (62400 now after the trip the the GC) is a very tidy example. These guys were always going to find a problem with it, and we all know if you look hard enough at a bike that's done 62,000 kilometres we could find something, its not show room. There was a nice fellow there when I was there trading in a motorcycle to buy a second hand Road Glide, using stone chips and scratches on the front of that, come on guys if you don't like scratches make an effort. My advice to those that would like to sell a bike to these guys have them come to you that way when they try and screw you can politely ask them to leave when they try to shaft you. My guess is this plenty of people desperate to sell their bikes, so they most probably get away with this scam, I wasn't desperate to sell, it'll sell, and until then I will keep Wheeling. These guys will reply suggesting that there was more wrong with my bike, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my bike. Of course I didn't see my travel money as promised. As expected and prediced they came back trying to say that my bike was damaged and unroadworthy:)) Apart from what I mentioned on the phone, they found the tiniest mark. they were never going to pay me what we agreed, I dont ride unroadworthy motorcycles, I value my life. You should have seen the state of the second hand bike they were handing over to the nice fella when I was there. Thousands of stone chips and scratches, can olny Imagine what they offer the poor dood that sold them that bike. Dodgy as!! I was warned, they have a bad reutation down here in Far Northern NSW. Coff Harley show much more custmer focus, just run down there is my advise.

Negative experience: Clothing section staff (2nd Sept) RUDE!!!!! I'm guessing I'm older than her preferred customers but having bought 8 Harley Davidsons in 6 years I consider myself a serious HD buyer, but was appalled by the lack of service and RUDENESS shown to my partner and I. Dylan I'd suggest sending her to the nearest trailer park and finding someone that can display common courtesy to customers regardless of their age. PS later that day I bought 1 riding jacket, 2 pairs of boots, 2 sets of wet weather gear, but nothing from your dealership thanks to her.

Negative experience: Found these guys to be up themselves,rude and overcharged on getting some work done on my Deluxe.. Never going back. I order any parts to Harley shop up the motorway and it's worth the ride to be greeted by friendly, customer service focused staff.

Fantastic experience: It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this team of professionals. We bought a Harley from them 2 years ago, Marty in sales looked after us he went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Just had new pipes fitted and a service done and Brian took care of us. He was so knowledgeable in helping find exactly what we wanted and nothing was a problem for him. Pearl and the team in the serving department are awesome too. Thanks again for always ensuring we have the best experience when we visit and for taking such good care of our bike.

Positive experience: Dropped my 17 breakout off for a service 830 yesterday morning. Spent $80 on an uber and went to pick it up at 4, was told it wasn’t going to be ready today because the tech had only just got it. Disappointing about my bike but atleast they were kind enough to give me a loan bike, A “ Harley X500 “. So I spent the next 40 minutes questioning my sexuality on the ride home, following day, same 40 minute ordeal as the previous day. In the end, bill was adjusted accordingly to the inconvenience but communication goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: Great Harley dealer to add to our worldwide list of dealers visited. Excellent range of T Shirts and extras for tourists (like we were) and also a good range of bikes to look over too. Need a car to get there if you’re staying at Surfers Paradise though.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to attend Gold coast harley-davidson to get a problem with my battery fixed. The service department went out of their way to fit me in that day as I am not local. All the staff treated me like I was a regular and not a first time customer. The service was explained to me and I was given option's on how they could fix the problem. He looked after me with my trade in and made sure I didn’t miss out on my new bike! After meeting Reece on a shop ride years ago, I knew I’d be buying my next bike from him! He's a bloody top bloke, thank you Reece! Kris is a champion! Communicated with me at every point about the mods I wanted added, and when the bike was ready for me! And he’s already helping me with future mods! Thank you Kris :) Nafan and Bob; I honestly can’t rate them high enough! They are always so willing to help me out, treating me like family every time I come in. These lads are an absolute asset to GCHD. And as a woman buying a motorcycle, I’ve never once felt uncomfortable, or spoken to in a stereotypical way, which is rare. I know I can come to them with any request, and they will make it happen. Fantastic experience: I see there are some bad reviews on here but it’s not all that bad my experience was great!! I started to liaise with Steele from the parts department for a couple of months as we were trying to find the perfect bars/risers for my height. After a lot of research I went with the 11”LA chopper Kage fighter I’m 5’11 HD ran into some trouble fitting the wires and it took longer than usual, but when I picked the bike up today it was so professionally done and looks sooo good!! Much to my surprise, they installed aftermarket LED indicators on the new bars which I didn’t even know about cause it wasn’t part of the quote. I had to travel down twice as I live far north so I believe they were showing compassion. Some people are quick to get angry and leave a bad review when it doesn’t go their way!! We all have bad days and things can always go wrong in the work place they’re not robots.

Fantastic experience: Love going to this bike shop don’t get much of a chance as I come from townsvillie but I had been away on a 3 week boys bike trip when we dropped into the Gold Coast for a night and I started having trouble with the front end of my soft tail rang the boys at 4:45pm just before closing time and told them I was travelling and could they please help me out they said drop in when the gate opens at 8:30am and we will sort you out ended up being mayor problem in the front bearing and brake system and disk had to be replaced got me going in 4 hours and back on the road to finish my trip it was like a new bike thanks. Boys appreciate it catch ya on the next trip keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Tyler, Jess, the rest of the service and parts crew and both the bike mechanics working today at Gold Coast Harley Davidson have my gratitude for their help today with my bike having a flat battery , I called the branch, spoke with Tyler and he promptly dispatched the service van to my house in Robina to collect both my bike and I The bike mechanics at very short notice fitted a new a battery for me and even took the time to fit some accessories at even shorter notice. The job was completely in good time and the bike was given back to be in very good clean order, Thanks very much for the great service harley GC !!

Was looking for the energy n excitement that comes with HD but nope not here... don't get me wrong it wasn't a bad place but yeah from a customer point of view at least expected a "Hi! How you you doing? What brings you here?" Or anything to be fair but nope ... Nice place guys n gals but remember even on the slow days your few customers may have traveled a fair distance to get that "Hi how ya doin!" Least we got our poker chip lol. Fantastic experience: Gold Coast Harley Davidson is a great place to get a new or used Harley. Friendly welcoming knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and who are very approachable. I would recommend them to anyone whose had a bad experience with another shop as they are great.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED Realised they picked and sent me the wrong part number on a small order I placed earlier this year and thought I’d message them about it as the part is no good to me. Have sent two emails now and no reply lol . Says a lot about there care factor hahaha

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite Harley Davidson store. Staff are always friendly and respectful and the service has always been exceptional. We generally spend an hour at least when we visit from Brisbane and have found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The variety of merch etc is always great too, so much to choose from.
