Negative experience: Phoned up to book for driving examination, was promised a call back in “around an hours time” no call back at all……Rang back the next day to again make a booking and ask why I didn’t receive a phone back he Andrew laughed down the phone and told me “I don’t need to call you back, that’s just what I tell people to get them off the phone” I’m sure he didn’t want to do my driving test because I didn’t want any lessons, so he’s making less money…

Fantastic experience: Had three different instructors during my Ls and Andrew was the best. He's very clear and concise about the way he wants you to drive and tells you the reason for it. He's not arrogant but very friendly and can be quite strict and firm with the road rules but then again that's how I got my driver's license on my first try. 100% recommend. Recommended both of my sisters too but they both loved him and are both driving as well.

Negative experience: Andrew is a very angry man and has no regards for customer service. Would not recommend anyone to do any lessons or tests with this business.
