Fantastic experience: Sam is a professional driving instructor who has greatly helped me reach a high level of confidence in my driving. The lessons are structured based on the topics present in the Learner Logbook, however Sam always goes above and beyond to ensure full understanding as well as other risk minimising strategies. He also kindly offers the ‘Keys to Drive’ free structured lesson which I enjoyed. I would highly recommend his lessons to anyone who is interested in learning to drive safely.

Negative experience: Overall Sam is a nice instructor. It's good for beginner. But I booked one session with Sam before my driving test. I said I wanted some tips before the driving test and go to the real test area for practice. Something like a mock test at the day before the real test. But he just ignored what I said and kept selling his "defensive driving tech" to me at the local area instead of going to the test area. It feels like he wouldn't give me the test tips until I finish all his defensive lessons which will take more than 30 sessions. So I spent one hour and $60 for nothing. If you are a beginner, go for it. Otherwise find some one else.

Fantastic experience: Sam is the most patient, wise and understanding person anyone might hope to meet. He has every quality you need in a driving instructor. As a parent you can rest assured your precious bundle is in good hands. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough - he is 100% focused on the student at all times and teaching them to be the safest and most considerate drivers.

Fantastic experience: Sam was my driving instructor for a number of years. When I first started, I was very nervous driving but he provided constant encouragement and motivation as an instructor. With his help, I managed to pass the test on the first go. He is very understanding in terms of where my driving skill level was at, and then worked hard to help me improve my skills and confidence. Sam taught me good habits to help me become a safe driver on the road. Not only that, but he provided words of wisdom and quality conversations too! So I would recommend Sam's Driving School to any L Platers out there :)

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Sam to anyone I know. He is not only a great instructor but a genuinely nice person that understands your learning pace. After passing my test the first time, he helped me become more confident in my driving while also making me aware to be safer when I start driving by myself. He also almost constantly could move lessons at any time, came early to every lesson and even let me use his car last minute for the exam.
