Negative experience: Bad manner and unprofessional
Mahmud, Riman , Nasrin and other friends and family members who may leave a review here, Under Australian law, you cannot drive without a valid license. You must have a physical overseas license or an Australian learner's (L) license. Driving schools are not permitted to accept students without a valid license. It is illegal. It is your responsibility to check the law and ensure you have the necessary documents with you when making a booking. I couldn't allow Nasrin to drive as she did not have any license. I understand that recently moving from overseas to Australia can be a big cultural and social adjustment, but if you do not learn the proper rules, you could face serious consequences. Regarding the claims of unprofessionalism, bad manners, and discrimination, I take such accusations very seriously. My goal is to treat everyone with respect and fairness. We are committed to providing the highest level of service while adhering to the law, and I hope this clarifies the situation.
Negative experience: Your response is a blatant attempt to deflect accountability for your unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour. Let me set the record straight for anyone reading this: 1. Unacceptable Conduct: Your behaviour during the session was appalling. Instead of conducting yourself professionally, you engaged in irrelevant and offensive conversations. Your comments about me not being able to pass my driver’s test and even calling me "stupid" for asking questions, were completely out of line. Such behaviour is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. 2. Racism and Discrimination: You’re condescending, and dismissive attitude was a clear reflection of your racial bias. Claiming we need to adjust to Australian culture is insulting and discriminatory. This is completely unacceptable, and your actions are a disservice to the diverse community in Australia. 3. Failure to Inform: It was your responsibility to inform me or my wife of the licensing requirements before accepting her booking. You took her money and then wasted her time by not clarifying this crucial detail beforehand. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility on your part. Rather than taking responsibility for your actions, you have chosen to deflect and defend your conduct. This only reinforces your lack of professionalism and accountability. I urge potential clients to think twice before engaging with you or your company. Unethical, disrespectful, and racist behavior has no place in a professional setting, especially one that involves teaching critical skills like driving.

Fantastic experience: Past first go thanks to vida, highly recommended!!
Fantastic experience: I never thought I would pass my test on the first go but with Vida’s coaching and lesson I was able to. I highly recommend Vida’s lessons as her teaching style and knowledge is incredible. I first started driving with her when I just got my licence and then again I took more lessons right before my p’s test. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
