Negative experience: Do not recommend. My son did miss a driving lesson Tuesday gone but texted and paid the $70 for the lesson as it was his mess up. My son has a working memory disability and needs to have everything in his calendar on his phone Tuesday this week his reminder did not go off for some reason which he told Richard about when asking for his bank details so he could do the right thing and pay him the money for a missed lesson. Had a driving lesson booked for today Richard did not show up, answer any texts or calls until he called back at 5.28 telling me he didn’t show up cause he was annoyed about Tuesday and claimed my son didn’t pay him. He hung up on me after not letting me speak. And when I went to send him the screen shot of the payment to his account I have now found out I have been blocked. If you have a child with a disability I suggest you find someone more inclusive and understanding when looking for an instructor. As this guy is not it

Fantastic experience: Just a shout out to Richard for a brilliant job teaching my wife to pass the Australian driving test. Not easy teaching somebody who is an experienced in another country to pass the test here, Ritchie was patient and put her at ease b4 the test. Definitely the best option in the Mandurah area

Negative experience: My daughter has had several lessons with Mandy-Lee and Mandy-Lee booked her driving test for 8.45 this morning and simply failed to show up to pick her up so I rang and and asked what happened to which I copped nothing but attitude and a statement that my daughter was basically old enough to organise her own way to do her test even though we were all under the impression Mandy was picking her up as we don’t have a manual vehicle for my daughter to do her test in which Mandy was fully aware . After the unprofessional attitude I definitely recommend not using this business

Fantastic experience: My daughter undertook lessons with Richie and Passmore, and passed. Thank you for the assistance and tuition you gave her. I'm sure without you she may not have passed on the first attempt! Richie was great to deal with, was patient and professional, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for lessons for their children.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT Highly recommend Richard Richard was extremely accommodating in arranging 2 driving lesson and 1 two hour pre test lesson for our grandson Jamie, only two weeks prior to Jamie’s test day in Rockingham (we live in Perth) Richard fine tuned Jamie’s driving skills, showed him around the various driving test routes and showed him caution spots that he needed to be aware of. Jamie passed his driving test first go. I would definitely recommend Richard to those going for their license in Rockingham or Mandurah areas or other areas Richard may cover.
