Fantastic experience: Coach Zhang from Panda is much better than the one my friend recommended before! I am an experienced driver with over 10 years of driving experience in my home country, and in Australia, I only needed to pass a test to get my Full License. When I first arrived in Australia in 2019, I asked a friend for a coach recommendation. I went with a 'let's give it a try' mindset. The result: that guy in his 50s was very patient, but I always felt I couldn't understand what he was saying, and I couldn't grasp his meaning. After driving with him twice, I ended up too scared to drive. Soon after, I returned to my home country for the Spring Festival. Plus, the pandemic dragged things out until now. Since the friend’s recommendation was unreliable, there was no need to look for another friend. I searched Google and found the closest driving school, Panda Driving School (I live on Sherwin Ave, Castle Hill). I didn't expect that this search would lead me to the high-level Coach Zhang! The greatest strength of Coach Zhang is his precise language, and he doesn't rush at all. Listening to his explanations, I could clearly identify the problems and then quickly and accurately find the right solutions. Why is it that I felt I couldn't understand the older guy's words, yet could understand Coach Zhang? At first, I guessed it was because 'we are all young people' and there is a common language. But upon further observation, I realized it was because Coach Zhang's language skills are inherently strong; he speaks very clearly and avoids unnecessary words. I have also worked as a PTE training teacher for a few years, and I am very aware of the impact of language expression ability on teaching outcomes: even among coaches/teachers, different language levels can lead to vastly different student levels. As a 'peer,' I have a very high evaluation of Coach Zhang. After just two lessons, I corrected many poor driving habits from my home country and gained a clear understanding of the road test, giving me tremendous confidence. Although I am still unfamiliar with the road test routes, I passed the test and obtained my Full License on my first attempt. In simple terms: Coach Zhang explains things clearly, which prevents you from taking detours. Kudos!

Fantastic experience: I arrived in Sydney at the beginning of January this year, and the first thing I did was to change my driver's license. Although I have held my domestic license for over ten years, I haven't driven a car in the past six or seven years, and I'm quite rusty. However, my license is still valid. A friend told me that Panda Driving School is good, so I signed up at the nearby Panda Driving School Castle Hill branch. I was taught by Coach Zhang. I am 60 years old this year and my basic skills are quite poor; I had never learned or used skills like reversing, parallel parking, or reversing into a garage before, so there was a lot to learn. Fortunately, Coach Zhang is not only familiar with traffic rules and roads and has excellent technical skills, but he is also very patient, good-tempered, and has great teaching methods. Under Coach Zhang's guidance, I first studied for the DKT traffic rules test after three lessons and then learned for ten more lessons with Coach Zhang. On April 21, Coach Zhang accompanied me to Castle Hill for the driving test. Although I made many minor mistakes and lost 8 points (out of a total of 103), I passed successfully. I am truly grateful to Coach Zhang for his excellent teaching. I passed the driving test smoothly and successfully received my full license.
