Negative experience: Received message from instructor saying my daughter was 10 minutes late for the second time and he no longer wants to do the weekly lessons. Instructor had organised new time with my daughter without telling me. Tried calling driver, no answer. Tried messaging again, no answer. This was for ongoing weekly lessons. Very unprofessional to arrange time with child but not inform parent. Very unprofessional
We try to provide the most professional service here at Lamsdrivingschool as possible. We always turn up at the right place on time to make the lesson as productive as possible. The time and location was your daughter’s decision. Was not advised to notify parent of change when initially began first lesson. This occasion we turned up to the agreed location before the scheduled time and waited way past the scheduled time but your daughter was not at the right location ,she was STILL AT HOME AND JUST WOKE UP FROM BED!. As we are busy , we don’t have time to waste which is why we have chosen not to continue with your daughter to focus on teaching learner drivers. Hope you understand from our perspective
Negative experience: Instructor didn’t respond after 5 lessons so I went with Palmerston driving school and passed my test much faster.
Hi , we don’t understand why you have left us a very low rating when you have never used our services. Hope you do the right thing and remove your rating from our profile. False and misleading ratings can lead to legal action for defamation.

Negative experience: After a few lessons, we could never get a return email to book another? This was not just them , sent emails to 3 others schools & no answer.
Hi, we don’t remember doing any lessons with you. You must have the wrong driving school. We usually respond to emails within 48hrs.
Fantastic experience: An extremely patient and professional driving instructor. Would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you find that you get anxious easily. He taught me the proper techniques for driving in a manual and explained why it's important. Passed my Ps and it's all thanks to him!

Fantastic experience: I had my ls for three and a half years and just kept putting off getting my p plates. I had previously done 20 or so lessons with another instructor and was still unprepared and scared to drive a car. I contacted Lam and fifteen days later I passed my ps test after six lessons. I now understand how the car works and can drive cconfidently and safely. I would definitely recommend him to any learner drivers.
