Fantastic experience: Wanting your heavy vehicle license? By all means definitely book it through Driver Training NSW, I just can't highly recommend not only the company itself but also the staff including instructors and assessors. The staff during my CBA (Competency based assessment) were very professional and open to questions I had that they could answer. I alongside possibly many others came from a background where where experience with heavy vehicles is only basic or non-existent, it can be nervewrecking not knowing what is to come next or finding your way around operating a Heavy Vehicle however again I can't fault the staff here at DT, they understand it's a big leap to coming into the world of Heavy Vehicle operations and confidence is still being developed by the trainee, when I got nervous about something (which we all do) they took the extra mile to professionally ensured I remained calm, keep the fears away & return that smile to my face. I've taken a few courses in my life to upskill my qualifications and if you got stuck on something, you'd be judged for not knowing better, there's no judgement or pressure coming from the staff here, they want you to do well and succeed. I undertook both my CBA (Competency based assessment) and FCA (Final Competency assessment) here as part of my license upgrade to Heavy Rigid (HR) at Driver Training NSW. I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot here during the day course I attended for my license upgrade. Thank you DT NSW, it's been great going through you for my license upgrade.

Fantastic experience: What a great team of advanced heavy vehicle driving trainers and assessors at Driver Training Nsw Beresfield. This company has a world class training program , clean recent model trucks , clear and concise training information displayed inside the cabin. The team displayed a wealth of knowledge with an insight of making you a better safer truckie tommorrow. All of these elements mixed together with great down to earth staff make for an enjoyable day learning the correct way to safely drive a heavy vehicle. Thank you DTNSW for giving me the tools i need to stay alive on the roads.

Fantastic experience: My dad Andrii passed his HC license yesterday. He can't thank enough all of the crew at Driver Training NSW. Everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. The training provided to my dad was to a very high standard and both the trainer and examiner were extremely professional. PS.: shops ran out of vodka, so we celebrated with Red Label.

Negative experience: Condescending, arrogant and abrasive. Got my HR but not through these guys.

Fantastic experience: That old saying “forget the rest go to the BEST” These guys are hands down the best training company I’ve dealt with. I done my HR license a few years ago with another so called training company near Maitland and was turned off going to another to upgrade my license, but after talking to sally on the phone I felt it would be ok, after meeting Sally, Neil and my awesome trainer Bill I Knew I had made the right decision. There knowledge hasn’t made them arrogant like others, just genuine people wanting the best for everyone on and off the road....... Negative experience: positives. very nice trucks negatives. i found my trainer was extremely negative throughout the day constantly reminding me they didn't think i was going to pass, never telling me i was doing well

Fantastic experience: What professionals, I would just like to say thank you to the driver that helped my clients. They were a elderly couple travelling from cooloonga nth coast and were picking up a brand new Holden ZB Calais V from tuggerah. They were lost in Gavinlock rd some where UNTIL THE DRIVER STOPPED and assisted them. The elderly couple wanted to say a big thank you to the driver and company for the lift to the Dealership.
