Tony was very calm, thorough, and always explained things in a way that made complex skills easy to understand. Negative experience: Ms Yaqing Qu is honestly the most rude and disrespectful instructor I have ever met! She educated the public on social media with incorrect road rules and knowdledge, and when asked where she sourced the information, she answered "google". After hinting her about her mistake, she decided to make personal attacks on me and my background, both discriminatory and unacceptable. I have already reported this to Access Canberra, please avoid!

Fantastic experience: Tony is such an excellent instructor, I would give him a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Very chill and patient yet skillful, he normally goes through each competency with you before driving and will always make comments that are spot-on. He speaks fluent English and Mandrin, if you're trying to get your Ps, he's definitely the one to go to! Highly recommended!
