Positive experience: I would highly recommend but unfortunately I had an instructor who made the experience unpleasant. I can see past this one instructor that the rest of the training centre is very professional. I would book again but not with that trainer, I found myself having to ask the trainer to repeat what he said due to the different accent

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this place. Very unprofessional and you will experience discrimination especially from the trainer named Rob. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: My hubby (Johnny) recently completed his HC licence at Adelaide truck training centre. The experienced trainer was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, sharing his expertise during the session. The office staff were also accomodating with changes due to work commitments. It was a great refresher and up-skilling opportunity, he highly recommends this company and upgrading your licence if you can.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience gaining my HC license here. Sikander & Wayne are both excellent trainers. Great mixuture of profesionalism and banter! And cant forget the super cool office staff that are extremely friendly and accomodating... nice, clean tidy and up to date trucks aswell as facilities. Not once did I get the feeling of being a "Nobody" which is really rare in the industry. I will gladly reccomend friends to get their HV licenses at Adelaide Truck Training Centre! Cant wait to be back and upgrade again to MC... Only problem i have experienced was, I can only give 5 stars.... should be atleast 10!! Cheers guys! Greatly appreciated! Great team!

Fantastic experience: Recently undertook training to obtain my HC licence. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. If I'd could give ten stars I would. Great equipment, very experienced instructors who are eager to pass on their knowledge in a relaxed yet professional training environment. Thanks for an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this company enough. Im very average at driving HC. Both instructors put in the time and effort to get me over the line. They took the pressure off me by helping the way they did never got angry probably frustrating a bit for them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cheers guys

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience with ATTC. Lynn was so helpful with the booking process, even managed to change my booking for my practical at relatively short notice as I had to be away for work. I had rob as my instructor and I must say he was very good. I’m so glad I had him for the two days. Never driven a truck before the ranger gear box wasn’t easy to get the hang of. Rob was very patient with me, explaining what I needed to do, to get the gears I wanted. I would highly highly recommend this place for any truck licence you require. Thanks again guys I will be back in 12 months or so for my MC!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very good training centre to learn how to drive a vast range of trucks. Receptionists and trainers are extremely nice and helpful, also the trainers are very patient. If you have to ask a question they will answer it the best they can. The trucks are in top condition and are very comfortable to drive in. I would recommend. 5/5

Fantastic experience: Looking to upgrade from a car licence to a truck licence with friendly and professional help? Then I would strongly recommend these guys here! From inquiring with reception, to the training seat and learning to drive a heavy vehicle it was a great experience overall. Trainers were awesome, I had Dave for my training and he made me feel comfortable right from the get go. Everything is professionally organised, the facilities were maintained to a high standard and the training equipment is looked after.

Also it is not a good idea to post a positive review on the same day for a rival company where you did attend your course. This is very unprofessional for both you and the rival company!

Fantastic experience: Joe is by far one of the nicest people I've met. He listened to what I was saying and responded kindly. Joe told great stories that helped me understand truck driving significantly. Fantastic service and lovely people.

Negative experience: These people are crooks. Plain and simple. Do not waste your time and money with this company. I'd rather throw my money in the bin than give it to these people. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly guys. Everything was neat and tidy, the instructors are very experienced and well mannered. After the training I feel confident driving a HR and couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Negative experience: cowboys. smart arse answers when I asked about licence upgrade information and cost. Made derogatory remarks about my current occupation and the industry including it's reputation without basis for my actual job. Very arrogant about their company and pricing. Made derogatory comments about their competitors and their tricks. Too many chiefs in the office all talking at once outdoing each other. Yes I did shop around and met a great instructor without the arrogance. Was going give a 1 star , but I decided 2 stars because you told me to shop around , which I did for a better experience and outcome. So in a sarcastic way , thanks for the advice.

Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly people, done the 2 day HC, was relaxed and a grate experience, loved being treated as an equal as i didnt expect for it being a mans world. Grate class room clean with lots of information. Would recommend to check these guys out well worth the look, Brian had lots of knowledge of the trucking industry, and loved his storytelling. Gtare job you have set up a grate place to pass on perfect knowledge and the rite way to drive.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better tutor than Joe. He inspired me with confidence and I had a very enjoyable day attaining the MR class certificate I needed to progress in my work. He helped me achieve more in one day which another company couldn't do in a month. I cannot rate Joe and his staff highly enough.

Fantastic experience: No issues at all. Continuously gave me advice and helped me improved over the 2 days. Well worth the slight price difference compared to courtesy driving school. Whom my co workers went through and both coincidently managed to fail when they werent given any advice throughout the day on what they were doing invorrectly.

Fantastic experience: Having done two different truck licenses through these guys, I can honestly say that they are terrific. All of the staff (from reception to instructors) are highly professional, their vehicles are immaculate and the teaching really does seem to be tailored to adapt to the strengths/weaknesses of each individual student. If you want to learn the right way to do things, come here. If you want things explained to you in a way that you'll understand, come here. If you want to work with honest, friendly & sometimes downright hilarious folk, come here. If you don't, well, there are plenty of dodgy mobs out there...these guys just aren't among them.

I did my HC licence straight from car licence and never felt overwhelmed or stressed whilst training due to my instructor (Wayne) capable and professional tutoring and guidance. 5/5.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude staff on the phone. Trying to discuss a refund after third party paid my fee again, so ATT received two fees. Trying to discuss it and the staff member on the phone was being very rude and lecturing me. I told her to hang on because a conversation requires two people, she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to supervisor she said we're in charge, accused me of abusing her, I told her I didn't and she said "you said hang on and you yelled it" I told her I didn't yell it. She proceeded to lecture me all over again and i asked her if she's getting paid, I was about to say so settle down. She said "excuse me would you like to continue, yes I am getting paid and I'm in charge so you need to calm down" I responded "I am calm you're the one that needs to calm down" and she hung up on me again. Now I'm going to have to drive there to work it out.

Negative experience: My daughter paid her deposit and on the morning of her course was sick with gastro . She rang at 5.30 to tell them and was spoken to like she was lying by a person with very little people skills. When she went to the office to rebook the only thing they were worried about was telling her she lost her deposit. Would not recommend them . Arrogant .
