Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Passed my driving test flawlessly after a few prep sessions with Syed. He was a very clear instructor with great advice to get me prepared for the test. Took me along the local test routes and practiced manoeuvres so there were no surprises in the actual test.

Hi Nittaya Sophakul, We went through our database and found your email. The reason we did not respond was due to the email you sent the message to being out-of-service. Our website has undergone a total rework and, as such, we had some outdated contact details listed on the site. We have rectified this issue and have ensured that all of our contact details are now up-to-date. In regards to your phone call, we often miss some of them due to the amount of calls that we get every day. We try our best to call people back but sometimes some people get left out. We apologise for this. In order to ensure a call-back, people send us an SMS so that we have an easier time recontacting people. You claim to have sent a SMS, however, from our database; we do not see any SMS from the number you listed in the Email. To answer your enquiry now, we wouldn’t have been able to provide you our service. This is due to our terms and conditions stating that we do not allow customers to hire our car without first passing a mock driving test. You can find our terms and conditions here (refer to section 3): https://www.bankstowndrivingschool.com.au/terms-and-conditions/ Regards, Bankstown Driving School
