Fantastic experience: Daniel is a ripper of a teacher, explains everything very thoroughly but simple, has a good joke with you while teaching you what needs to be done, makes the whole experience cruisy and stressless. The YouTube videos we're a massive help before going into the course too, I knew that was expected and had an idea what I was in for. There was no pressure throughout the course, at all, ever. Feels like he is a good mate that you're taking for a cruise. 100% recommend. Thank you so much !

Fantastic experience: I performed my HC training with Daniel the owner operator of SAHVT. From start to finish Daniel was both professional and personable. He makes a genuine effort to establish a rapport with you that other training organisations just don’t. Daniel’s ability to keep an attentive eye on your driving while also making you feel comfortable illustrates his level of experience and confidence in instructing. To top it off, the equipment is immaculately kept and a pleasure to learn in. In short, I couldn’t recommend SAHVT any higher! Cheers for the coffee brother and I’ll see you again!

Negative experience: Did HR training with Craig, don’t appreciate the training style at all. Paid $1800 for him to berate me all day. Of course I’m not perfect, that’s why it’s called training, countless times I would say dude I am doing the best I can. I passed of course. It took a lot of patience to not just quit and go home. I won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my boyfriend done our training and assessments with Daniel over the weekend. To quote another commenters comment, if I could give a million stars, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!! We’re from Ireland and not very good with our nerves and definitely not used to the big roads and even bigger vehicles but Daniel was fantastic with us. He made my boyfriend feel more confident in himself and realise that he can push himself beyond his nerves and same with myself. We travelled down 2 and a half hours and stayed over the weekend to do this training with Daniel as I got a lovely comforting feeling from him just from the first phone call. Again… highly recommend, even if you have to travel, do it! You definitely won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Craig and Daniel! I wanted to obtain my MR license for work and had a great deal of trouble with another driving school. Feeling ridiculed throughout training and unfairly failed TWICE, I sought out a different school to truly see if I was the reason for my shortcomings or if the prior school had not done right by me. By this time a few months had passed since my last attempt. Craig took me out for a couple hours, he was down to earth, made sharpening what I had already learned so seemless and stress-free, it honestly just felt like a good day out driving around. Daniel took my test, was clear and gave good instructions, very professional. Their truck was brand new (as opposed to the 650,000km truck from the first school), and I walked away with my HR license. You will not be extorted with these guys, quality through and through! Thanks lads!

Fantastic experience: I recently achieved my HR automatic truck license. It was an action packed, in depth day of training followed by a driving test at the end. Craig was my instructor who was fantastic and very efficient with instruction. I went from a little tentative at 7 am to reversing around corners by 10am. Craig was very patient with me and really gave me confidence. At around 2:30pm I had the test with Daniel. It was around an hour and again Daniel’s attention to detail and ability to explain procedures was extremely comforting for myself. I would highly recommend this company, not only are the staff professional and friendly but the trucks are near new and very clean.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from my first phone call to Daniel to successfully completing my training and testing. Daniel communicates and plans well. I trained with Craig who was knowledgeable and calm, and prepared me well for the final test with Daniel, who was also relaxed during the test. The heavy rigid Isuzu 8 speed synchromesh manual truck was a modern vehicle and in excellent condition inside and out.
