My instructor, John, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and determined to get the best out of his students. He pushed me to build my skills and confidence, never wasted time in lessons, and his mock tests were exactly the right level of brutal to leave me fully prepared for the real thing. Side note: John keeps track of how long it's been since a student of his didn't pass first time. It's been a long time.
