Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my lesson, with my instructor bhan. He took me from not being able to drive to being able to fully drive on any roads within 10 hours of teaching. I had very in-depth lesions and showed me great understandings of the roads. I highly would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: This is literally my first negative review I have ever given. In my opinion you have either something good to say or nothing at all. But the amount of frustration I have with this unprofessional driving school goes beyond me. The driving instructor Bhan is pretty much the only instructor they have in their books. He constantly came late, barely spoke English and constantly complained about how underpaid he was and went on toilet every single driving lesson. In the end he went on holiday with me having 2 hours left I've paid for. I didn't get those hours completed in the end. Called the driving school, the guy I spoke to cut me off every single time I was trying to get a word out, constantly saying we will get it sorted. Nothing ever got sorted and now they haven't replied to my text messages for two weeks. They would then text back and advise to hold off and promised you a discount if you waited till other driving instructors were available. This has been going on for over 2 months now. Now they would not get back to me at all. Instead of saying move on they will keep you in the loop and everytime when they have something free they ot goes back to this Bhan. I had a bad experience and I'm generall calm and not fussed about these things. Things like this happen but this is not a one off. They run their business like this. Zero courtesy or professionalism from their end. All the best people.

Negative experience: Guys if you want to get proper instructions don’t go to this driving school. The worst driving school the instructor is only one there name Bhan who is very unprofessional, rude and doesn’t instruct you he uses his phone and talks about his life instead of teaching you actual driving lessons. They don’t have any drivers to replace you only he is the one . Bhan is rude unprofessional and burnout instructor. He thinks he is great and he will demotivate you as well. He will be never on time on your booking class lessons 1-2 hour late won’t pick up or text you prior to that. I had two hour class from him and in middle he went overseas he was gone for more than 1.5 months never contact nor even text later I called the driving school and they gave me the number which he changed and never texted and started doing other driving classes and when I call him he don’t remember me? Later he said he will do 2 hours my remaining hour by 1 hour each day which I agree. He was so rude and be like don’t crash my car and the day 1 and second day he called me and went straight I am in front of your house come for the classes if you want otherwise I am going? Like literally this was him speaking style? ( both days he came 1 hours late ). Then I tell him I don’t want to learn from him. There is no refund system even you if complain so make sure don’t hand them whole money. This school is ripped up. If you want to learn driving please go to different school. These all the good reviews, are fake or either forced to written it down.

Fantastic experience: I was going for my driving test for the second time; I failed my first test about 2 years ago and was lacking in confidence ever since. I got lessons from Ben, and he was very patient, thorough and encouraging. I passed the test first time after his training. He’s a bargain for the price, I reckon.

Fantastic experience: my name is Aaron my instructor is Bhan and in 5 hours of lessons i can now drive on main multi-lane roads and on the highway my parents were very impressed

Negative experience: Just to be clear, Bhan, my driving instructor was good at what he does however, he was hospitalised (which is fine, it happens) on the day I had booked my test and I didn't get any message or update on his unavailability. When I found out 3 hours prior to the test- which I couldn't cancel nor reschedule because of short notice- I called the owner (the Arab guy I don't know his name) immediately but he never answered. I left him an urgent and desperate request to arrange something quickly but I didn't get any response. No call back, no apology, nothing. The two stars are for bhan's classes. But if I could, I'd give the owner negative five stars. Professionalism and responsibility do not exist in that guy's dictionary. Find someone else, the cheap classes ain't worth the trouble.

Negative experience: Do not use this company, the biggest rip off. Driving instructor was useless. Didn’t have the confidence in me. Had his hand on the steering wheel the whole time which made me feel very uncomfortable during my lesson.

Fantastic experience: For one, my instructor's name is Chad which is already a plus. What elevates him to giga status though is how he passes the time in our lessons engaged in fascinating theo-philosophical discourse with me. Seriously, this guy's a great conversationalist. Also my driving improved, that too.

Negative experience: I enquired about lessons for my area and was told they’d let me know. I’ve called and messaged and no answer. It’s quite disappointing. If you’re not able do the lessons just be upfront rather than saying “we’ll get back to you” and then not answering calls or texts.

Negative experience: I paid for my package upfront, which I completed 2.5/4 hours with an instructor called Ben. When I last contacted him to schedule my last 1.5 hour lesson, he told me he would get back to me about the date and time. He never did. This was 2 months ago and he still hasn't contacted me. I called and texted him multiple times, no response whatsoever. I would strongly advise anyone considering this driving instructor to reconsider their decision. It is essential to choose an instructor who values their customers and upholds their professional commitments. Unfortunately, in this case, I have been left disappointed and out of pocket, with no resolution in sight.

Fantastic experience: I really had a great experience with Galaxy driving school, galaxy driving school is really affordable and different from others and the instructors are highly professional, they teach you from start. I did not even know the basics of driving I took my first class from Tom and he was really helpful, taught me really great techniques of driving and to control the car, after my first class I was able to drive smoothly after a while. I highly recommend new and potential drivers to take your classes from galaxy in order to brush up your driving skills.

The guy who name Tom will send India guy who does not speak English at all to teach u and he will not let u drive. U just don’t learn anything. Please do a research before buying something online.

Special thanks to my instructor Bhan who I can attest my confidence on the road to, he's a patient and experienced instructor who has helped me go from total beginner to a driver who can safely and confidently navigate main roads, intense intersections and all the tricky things that come with driving. He definitely wants you to get the most out of what you pay for and I'm thankful for that.

Fantastic experience: My 5star review to galaxy driving school is just because of the training I got from Mr Bhan. I had never driven car before I learn it from him. After just 5hrs of lesson I felt confident enough to drive on highways. The patience he holds while giving training is extraordinary. Lesson I got was worth the money I spent. Highly recommend him if you are looking for good driving instructor.

Negative experience: It was fine, I got done what I needed to, though the teacher didn't practice what they preached, making things hard to want to learn; when they drove, they didn't do anything they told me to do, and not only that, they would text/check their phone while driving which was a little concerning. I felt uncomfortable, although that could be my own social anxiety speaking. I felt pressured/forced to rate this 5 stars (now edited) from the instructor. Lastly, I was strangely dropped off at a random train station quite far from my house and was unprepared/had no prior knowledge that this would happen, which increased my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic value. So far I have done two lessons and already my instructor Bhan, with his clear and friendly communication, has made me very confident whist driving. After only two lessons I already feel safe when driving with him and trust his advice. I highly recommend to anyone in Sydney if you have just gotten your L's or want to refine your skills.

Driving at night time was also covered and it really boosted my skills and confidence. I recommend him because of his expertise and knowledge about the roads and his constant reminders of improvements. Really worth the time and money.

Negative experience: Thoroughly unprofessional Here's my experience - touch based with Chris (their representative) earlier this year who sounded thorough; also very accommodating to desired schedules. I was advised to go for a 10 hour lesson and through Chris I was introduced to Hoq, a driving instructor from east Asia. On the first day with Hoq I was told by him that I have good steering control and would not need more sessions than already booked. Paid Hoq full fees in cash on the very first day. Unfortunately for me, Hoq was not so accomodating once money exchanged hands. He called me to Bankstown which is close to 1.5 hours from where I live. I tried to reach Chris but got no response (still waiting for one). On my 2nd day with Hoq at Bankstown I came to know that Chris and Hoq have had a falling out and Hoq no longer is associated with Galaxy Driving School. To my surprise he then stated that the invoice he gave me on the first day was also not from Galaxy Driving School (my mistake for not checking when we first met). After the 2nd session Hoq's attitude changed. He started to instill fear in me about a million things that one needs to understand before going in for a driving test. I tried to reach Chris to understand my options but got no response. After my 3rd and last session with Hoq I refused to sign on a piece of paper that basically said that the training was complete because all Hoq did was provide hours of lecturing and gave me hand drawn sketches of traffic scenarios that are available as practice sessions on RMS website. In 10 hours for driving sessions booked i probably did 5 - 6 hours of actual driving. Rest was spent getting tutored by Hoq while parked somewhere in Bankstown in his car. I am very disappointed in Chris (who I see as Galaxy's face) completely ignoring my repeated attempts to get in touch. As it turns out, Galaxy has 3rd party alliances with instructors such as Hoq to capture additional footfall. I now have a P plate license, thanks to another instructor who picked me up from my place and took me for 2 sessions, explained that needed to be explained and got me to practice the 3 point turn, reverse parking etc. (Actual driving). Chris, if you are reading this, I'm guessing you got what you wanted from me, but you're not getting a referral from me mate.

Fantastic experience: I went into this with one goal! To get my P's and eventually my full licence. I am working on some lessons with the driving instructors and so far they have been really great and helpful. The driving instructors are professional, friendly and give very good practical, hands on driving lessons, experience and knowledge. Out of all the driving schools in Sydney, you should definitely consider choosing this driving school. Affordable driving lessons/packages and great teachers who will help you get what you need!

Negative experience: The worst driving institute ever. Do not ever take any lessons from them. They are not at all responsible for improving driving skills. It was been my worst experience in galaxy driving school. I would highly recommend not to join this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I started with little to no knowledge with my driving instructor Bhan. I have driven with my parent before but I had no idead how many extra road rules and possible fail items were avalible before I began driving with galaxy. I can now confidently change lanes, properly check my mirrors and predict hazards. I will be doing my test in a months time and will update about the results!

Negative experience: With mixed reviews on here (though most 5 star reviewers have only written 1 review - suspicious) I wanted to give Galaxy Driving School a go for myself. Unfortunately, they have not replied to any online enquiries via their website, which is a bizarre way to run a business. If contact is this bad before they take your money, I don't hold much hope for what happens after.
