Fantastic experience: I have an overseas driving license and needed to convert my license to a NSW one. I booked a 1 hour lesson with Collin on the day just before the test. He gave me key points on what I need to focus on during the test, particularly on head checks. He also provided pick up and drop off, as well as lending the car for the test. Thank you for the advice Collin! You helped me get a NEW full driver license in just one go! Very recommended!

Fantastic experience: I held an international license and was planning to get it converted to a NSW license, I was working with a very tight timeline as well where my driving test was booked 5 days after I pass my Driver Knowledge Test and got my L’s. I found LStar Driving School on Google and called to try and secure a few hours of driving lesson and mock test, as well as renting a car for the test. They were able to accomodate my request, but at a slightly higher fee, which I’m more than happy to pay. My instructors name is Colin, and he was cool and calm during the lesson, which definitely helped since it’s a very stressful scenario, especially when you’re trying to remember all of the head checks you need to perform. Overall a good experience, and would recommend them for anyone looking to get a their driving license.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Coach Wayne's guidance, I passed the Chatswood driving test in one go today. Throughout the practice process, the coach was very patient, pointing out and correcting many recurring issues. The last practice before the test was also very accurate, as the test covered all the routes we practiced last, and I was mentally prepared for each part, which allowed me to perform better. Overall, these practice sessions at Australian Stars were worth it, I recommend them!

The decision to prepare for the Australian driving test was quite rushed; I suddenly realized in mid-May that my license in my home country was about to expire. I found Aussie Star on Xiaohongshu and saw that a partner recommended Coach Peter. It took exactly one month from my first driving lesson with Coach Peter to getting my license, and I am very grateful. At the beginning, I didn't know how to get on the road; although I had a driving license from my home country, I had never driven before. During my practice with Coach Peter, I not only mastered the exam content but also gained real road experience, driving from the City to Miranda and even on the highway. Coach Peter's lessons in Botany and Miranda are excellent, and the security guards say that he is a very smart instructor with a high pass rate. After one month, I am very happy to graduate from Aussie Star and feel honored to have met Coach Peter.

He is very calm and patient. He gave me some really good tips and help me build up my confidence for driving. Also, the practice car is pretty good with automatic hand break and engine start button, which makes life easier. After practice 10 hours with Collin I have passed my driving test in Sillverwater centre where I failed 5 times previously. Both instructors were excellent with good demeanour. I appreciate the honest feedback provided by the instructors as it helped me improve and pass the test. The calming demeanour and feedback provided at the appropriate times helped calm my nerves and allowed me to focus on what was needed to improve my driving skills. Before here I took a 20hr lesson from prestige driving school with a driver instructor named Milan, I still couldn’t do three point turns and parallel parking properly after 20hrs of driving with him and I knew I would not pass the test. But after a few hours of practice with Peter in LStar helped my technique tremendously and I passed the test really easily. Peter is very patient and experienced, he knows what need to be aware during the test and helped me develop great driving habit.
