Fantastic experience: My driving school was exceptional with accommodating my frantic search for a driving school to assist with my driving test, as I had a last-minute cancellation occur. They were able to schedule a time for an instructor to meet at the TMR, even though they were already booked for the day. I really appreciated that as I was on the verge of rescheduling my test time, which I would have had to wait 6+ weeks for. Thomas was an amazing instructor from the short time we spent together. Any questions I had he was able to comprehensively answer and alleviated any pre-test nerves that I was experiencing. I only wish I was able to do actual driving lessons with them, but I gained a lot during this brief period of time - which contributed to a succesful outcome. I highly recommend their services for future students embarking on their driving journey or even experienced drivers looking to refresh their knowledge. Thank you for your services.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this school, particularly with an instructor named Helen K. The issues I encountered reflected a lack of professionalism and communication, which significantly impacted my overall experience I booked a 2-hour lesson but was delayed by 20 minutes due to unforeseen track closures. I attempted to notify Helen about the delay; however, I did not receive a response. Upon arrival, I discovered that she had decided not to wait for me. This experience was disappointing, as I found the lack of communication and flexibility unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her services based on this encounter.

Fantastic experience: Daniel is an amazing instructor. He explains both the theory and practical aspects of driving exceptionally well. He has a positive attitude and inspires confidence in anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Ghulam is a great instructor - no BS, if you're wrong, he'll correct you on the spot and hammers that mistake into your head until you get it right. Very patient and will buy you coffee to make sure you're focused when driving. He also draws easy-to-understand diagrams to help students visualise the roads and driving path. Definitely recommend this great brother!

Negative experience: My daughter had 10 lessons and cannot back up in a straight line or reverse park around the corner correctly. She has failed 3 times and I am having to start over again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend using Ricardo Shi. He is really good at not stressing out students and explains everything clearly. He is also really good at explaining manoeuvres for the test. Within 1hr of a lesson, he managed to explain lot of tips and tricks which led to Pass my driving exam. Again thank you so much my driving school and Ricardo.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic kick start lesson with Simon. He made me feel comfortable from the start, explaining everything clearly and patiently. The lessons were well-structured, boosting my confidence and understanding of driving basics. I highly recommend Simon for beginners who wants to build your confidence.

Negative experience: got my licence a long time ago but forgot to write a review here as they post the good ones on their site. Ghulam was an absolute awesome instructor, on time and helpful. However Alan was condescending, rude and quick to anger. Called learners for christ sake get a grip old man.

Fantastic experience: Leigh was absolutely amazing. Three months ago I refused to even step foot inside a manual car and here I am today having just passed my manual driving test and it’s all because of Leigh. My career after uni as a paramedic requires me to obtain a manual license so I would eventually have to learn, but im so glad I found Leigh to teach me. He’s easy going, chill and easy to talk to and get along with. I didn’t think that I would pass my test, but Leigh believed in me and said I could, and I did. Negative experience: The worst! Do not use this driving school. If you don’t book your lessons within a certain time frame ( which we were not aware of) you lose all your money. Big rip off! Really difficult booking system also.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever I’m not going to name the driver but I made my booking then the driver had to cancel then rebooked for me for days later then 5 minutes til arrival I was sent a message asking to push the lesson from 8:30am to 1:30pm, this is highly poor behaviour when I have to work around my schedule and my daughter Shouldn’t be a driver if you can’t stick to your bookings

Fantastic experience: My driving school is 100% the best driving lesson service you can find in brisbane. My instructor Joanne was AMAZING especially for manual - I learnt SO much from her she made me a better driver than I could have been without her help. Everyone I've encountered there was so lovely and great at their job, down to the receptionist Esther who was so incredibly helpful. Love this place!!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say, Terry was such an amazing person to drive with. He was very knowledgeable and gave me as much information as possible with every question asked. My nerves were gone much quicker than anticipated due to how calm and kind he was. I felt no pressure at all during the lesson. 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back to terry again

She has a perfect mix of cool and calm direction that helped me relax (I was very tense and jolty), put my trust in the car and myself and ultimately become a safe and competent driver. Fantastic experience: Kate Gration was my daughters driving instructor and Kate was brilliant. She was very professional and kind in her approach with my daughter even when giving constructive criticism which built my daughters confidence both in Kate and on the road and helped her pass her driving test the first time. She is now a confident and very responsible driver thanks to Kate.

Negative experience: Had booked an instructor to get my daughter ready for her licence and the instructor was very unreliable Cancelled on her twice and both times was the morning of her lesson!!! Now 2 weeks out from her driving test and had to find a new reliable instructor Didn’t even respond to my daughters text to reschedule a lesson asap Very disappointing and unprofessional

In my driving test package, I had two lessons with Mikeali. She is very lovely and has great positive energy! Fantastic experience: Thomas played a big part in helping my son pass his P's manual license. From start to finish Thomas has been patient, kind and very supportive. Will definitely be booking him for my youngest son next year.

Negative experience: If this guy teaches young people to drive, I’m worried! He speeds, cuts in and out of traffic dangerously and ducked past me in the left lane and turned right in front of me (illegal turn). I resent people like this being paid to teach drivers

Negative experience: Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Finding this driving school was one of my biggest mistakes. Ever. The instructor Allan Curran was rude and impatient and decided to send me home after a couple of mistakes. If I can drive without making any mistakes, why would I be finding a driving instructor? If you are finding a driving instructor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU ARE WARNED!

Fantastic experience: Daniel's a great teacher, solid advice given in a really easy to understand way, never gets frustrated or puts any undue pressure on new learners. Really gifted educator. I went from having no experience at all driving to passing my test first try within 4 months thanks to his teaching.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this company at all or specifically a lady called Lesley Paddock... Absolutely disgusting way of teaching and quite appauling things to say and behave towards a person who has no driving experience... This learner driver now is so scared to get back in to a car due to the way this lady behaved and things that were said. I will definitely be discussing this to someone in the company.

Fantastic experience: I had Helen as my instructor and I couldn’t recommend her more highly enough. She prepared me for every scenario, not only for my test but for when I got my P’s as well. Helen genuinely cared about me and it’s obvious that this is much more than a job to her. Thank you Helen, you are the best!

Negative experience: Never book lessons with Stevie Wilkins, one of the instructors of this school. I booked his lessons to prepare for my driving test to change my overseas licence to Australian one. As soon as I pre-paid 5 lessons (luckily I didn’t do 10!), he started cancelling them in the last moment, 5-15 min (!) before the start. He also always was late (except of the very first time) for 15 min, without notifying about it. In total, for the period of 6 weeks we only had 5 lessons. Obviously, it was not enough for me to prepare properly, so I had to find another instructor (from a different driving school). When Stevie texted me again after a week of silence since the last lesson and offered lessons for Wednesday and Thursday this week, I politely explained that I have already booked this week with the other school, because 1 lesson/1.5 week was not enough for me. I wish I could attach the message history here – to show the rude and unprofessional messages I got as a response. I, honestly, was shocked. I’m glad it happened now, though, not before the test. In the response to the My Driving School reply: I’ve tried to email them now explaining the situation as was advised below, and my email wasn’t even delivered, as “this domain doesn’t exist”. Also, if Stevie Wilkins doesn’t work for this company anymore, why was he giving me lessons on their car, with their logos all over it?

Negative experience: Ok so I was in Bellbowrie and just watched a Grey Suzuki 'My Driving School' car make a dangerous illegal U-turn at the traffic lights. If this is the caliber of their own driving skills then we don't want these idiots teaching the next generation of drivers.

Fantastic experience: Jo Jennings is an amazing driving instructor! I had lessons with another instructor almost 3 years ago and it was so terrifying that I didn’t want to drive at all until recently lots of people recommended me Jo. She not only helped me in getting my license but she also gave me confidence to drive and taught me skills to become a safe and responsible driver. Jo Jennings is very patient and professional and her lessons are so informative and very well structured. Her aim was to make me the best driver I could be rather than someone who managed to pass the driving test then turn into a sloppy driver. After 2 months with Jo I passed my driving test on my first attempt with 0 errors and I’m enjoying driving on my own now with all the skills that Jo taught me. I recommend Jo to anyone who wants not only to get the license but also such an important skill set to become a safe, reliable, cautious and hazard free driver. Fantastic experience: My instructors were Anthony and Jay. They are awesome instructors with accurate information and 100% correct manoeuvre techniques. Anthony was very clear on the directions. And he picked up my weaknesses and also my advantages quickly and gave me clear feedback. Anthony knows the road very well and picks the proper aeras specifically for my progress. I did my test with Jay, we practiced everything in the test, and Jay has great psychology knowledge to help me calm down and give me confidence. The cars in my driving school are in really good condition. Recommend my driving school and my instructors! I passed my driving test!

Negative experience: The driver of the Moran Suzuki Swift travelling on old Cleveland Road at 3 o’clock on 1 February driving his his mobile phone and speeding up to 20 km an hour over the speed limit I contacted the people to report this and they wanted nothing to do with it do not recommend is driving company to any Learner drivers

Negative experience: The worst experience with Helen as my instructor. She was more worried about her car than everything else. Not patient at all. Really bad experience. She kept saying it’s not easy to get Australian Driving License (Although i have my license for 10 years and wanted to get Australian Driving license) For a while after having some sessions with her I lost all my confidence for driving. Fortunately I changed my driving school Btw talking about different nations and how they drive, is it something necessary?

I had tried instructors in the past at other schools and had been very disappointed with their lack of patience and ability to foster confidence.
