Hi, my name is Rakesh. I have been working as a pathology technician for over 25 years together with representing as Union Sub Branch President for 8 years. I also coach soccer and cricket for my local clubs.

I became an instructor to provide a better work-life balance, allowing me to be present for the important years of my children’s lives plus no two days are the same in this job. After 25 years of lab work, this career provides a sense of freedom. I get to enjoy the sunshine.

I enjoy coaching training and mentoring learners and empowering them with a mindset to influence a cultural shift to gain driving skills tailored for life and not just for driving tests.

Passing, smiling learners and new found freedom= Great job satisfaction

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Rakesh, the driving instructor and owner of Pebbles Driving School in Glenfield, NSW. Having driven since 2006, I required guidance to convert my international driving license to NSW license. Despite my many years of driving experience, I gained valuable new knowledge and skills from every lesson with Rakesh - far exceeding my expectations. His supportive nature and genuine commitment to helping me succeed were truly commendable. Fantastic experience: :) Operating a driving school doesn't automatically qualify one as a good instructor. But Rakesh is an exceptional one. Too good His instructions are progressive and builds up from the basics that puts anxious learners like me at ease. Rakesh picked up very quickly what I lacked and saw that I improved on them to better my driving skills. Rakesh is passionate about what he does, and one can tell he isn't there for just money but to see you through the process. He is well received at the Macquarie Fields NSW service centre, a testament to his great instruction and success rate. I recommend Instructor Rakesh to anyone and everyone, family and friends.. you won't be disappointed.
