Fantastic experience: Graeme is an excellent instructor, and I would recommend him to anyone! I've been trying to learn to drive since I was 16, but I've always been extremely anxious and never managed to get past the absolute basics. Graeme is calm, clear, and extremely encouraging, and he knows exactly how to build up your skills bit by bit so that you can learn without getting overwhelmed, and so you can feel confident about driving in all kinds of conditions. He's also great at teaching you what to expect for the driving test, so when I actually had my test I was really calm and passed the first time. Could not be more grateful for his experience and expertise, I was honestly so nervous that I wouldn't ever be able to drive but with Graeme I was able to get my P's in just 2 months. Highly highly recommend!

I started with about one hour of driving experience so he's taught me basically from scratch. I've just had my driving test yesterday and did it with his car and passed! Make sure you book your lessons in advance though, as he gets booked quite quickly.

As someone learning to drive in their 30’s I went into our lessons with a fair bit of anxiety and insecurity about it all. From the first lesson Graeme made me feel extremely comfortable. Throughout my driving journey he has been so encouraging, patient, kind, knowledgeable and provided challenges in a way that made me feel safe and prepared. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, Graeme is a relaxed, softly spoken instructor that's knowledgeable in what is required to pass the P's test. As a 28 year old who's never really wanted to drive and with no real experience, he got me from unskilled to passing the drive test within 20 hours of lessons, a fair feat given this was over the two year covid lock-down period with plenty of large gaps! I would recommend Yes P's for people who feel a bit nervous about the driving experience (like myself) and need someone whose calmness will assist in keeping their own level head, after all there's nothing worse than an instructor yelling at you when you're already feeling off balance. Less nervous drivers will also enjoy the learning experience I'm sure. I found pricing to be fair value. Graeme also generally has an interesting story to tell, which has the double effect of making the drive more relaxed and giving you important experience in driving whilst holding a conversation.
