Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t of been able to pass without the crucial advice provided to me succinctly by my driving instructor Andy. His extroverted, humorous personality and expertise guided me well throughout the lessons I’ve had with him and enabled me to pass the test on my first attempt. Would definitely recommend his service. Pro tip: Book a lesson at the address that the VicRoads office is located at where you’ll be doing your real test at to save lesson time from driving to and from your home!

Fantastic experience: Passed my test on 22/02/2022 as a 22 year old. Reviewing this now as looking back on the picture on instagram I can’t believe it. I had Tim as my driving instructor and he was very supportive, patient, and gives you constructive feedback Till this day, I am still on my Green P’s. I have not ever had any traffic offences or fines. Also in a couple of months next year I will be getting my full license . This is why having a good instructor is good. I will be recommending my younger sister to Tim and also other people who ever want a good driving instructor.
Fantastic experience: Amazing and one of the best driving school! The process in the beginning was smooth and Thomas helped me out a lot on the booking process! I also had a great experience and enjoyed my driving lesson with Andy in HIENZ. I did the package which saves me a lot of money and I know how many lessons I needed before my test. I had 3 lessons with Andy and last one before the test. I passed my test in my first attempt! Andy goes straight to the point on teaching and he's a funny and positive guy which I liked a lot. His teaching on the three point turn helped me in nailing it in my test. I highly recommend going to driving school and practice with HIENZ and Andy! You can definitely get your license with them~!
Fantastic experience: I had a number of lessons with Andy leading up to my driving lesson in order to gain my license. I’m 39 years old and had put it off for a long time. Andy was amazing, he is very personable and down to earth. He helped me stay calm and achieve my goal of gaining my License before I turned 40. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with HIENZ. I did my one lesson with Tim and I passed my test first attempt a week later. Tim gave me extra tips and one of my favorites is the parallel parking. He made it 101% easier for me as I was used to doing the hard way. Tim didn’y only gave me driving tips but also the confidence I needed from start to end of the test, which why I passed! Their team also responds very quick to my queries prior to my lesson and test. Fantastic experience: Had Ian as my instructor for about a month now, every lesson was amazing, he was very clear and precise with his instructions and advice while driving. Fantastic experience: I had a few lessons and had the drive test with Tim. I still remember very vividly my very first lesson with him. Prior to taking lesson with him, I have hold an overseas drivers license so I know how to drive, but it was driving on the opposite side (the right side). I also need to learn the road rules and the criteria for the Vicroads drive test. Seeing my driving ability, Tim knows how fast and how much harder to push me, which helps me to prepare for the drive test so much faster, instead of taking many more lessons and paying more. I am very much appreciated for this. After taking the lessons with hin, I passed the drive test in my first attempt and now so confident driving even by myself. Thanks Tim for your great instruction!

Fantastic experience: Booked a lesson with Andy, and few more + test with Neil. Andy was great but was unable to book him on my next lessons due to scheduling. Then, I had a couple of lessons with Neil including my test. He was an awesome instructor and helped me pass on my first try. Learned a lot especially being safe on the road and some more tips! Fantastic experience: I had lessons with both Tim and Ian from Hienz Driving School. I started off driving taking lessons from Tim and his approach to driving skyrocketed my confidence in ways other driving companies couldn't. He had not done Carlton for a while apparently, but even so knew the routes and what would be asked of me like the back of his hand.
