He gave a really good amount of feedback that gave me opportunity to improve while also giving me independence and building my confidence. I came in terrified at the idea of driving, and left loving it!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of learning to drive with Ali from Pinnacle. I loved completing auto driving lessons in the Kia Rio, it is such a great car to learn in! Ali's calm and cool personality, combined with his patient and clear instructions, made every lesson enjoyable and stress-free. His dedication to teaching and genuine care for my progress boosted my confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I passed my logbook just in time to start my new job! Ali’s availability and ability to pick me up from Inner North was highly appreciated. I highly recommend Ali to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: TASANEE IS AMAZING!!! I got my P’s after doing lessons with her and she was such a lovely instructor. She is very friendly and patient. If you make any mistakes driving she never makes you feel bad. She is always happy to answer any questions you may have. If you feel like you need to work on something more specific (e.g parking) she is more then happy to dedicate the lesson to help you with that. She also gives you more knowledge about road rules / laws that is useful to know. I feel like a confident driver because of her, I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience and got my Ps so quickly while learning so much. My instructor Ali was so nice and knowledgeable about driving. I get very nervous during tests and Ali did a great job at making me feel confident as a driver and comfortable to do my final drive.

Negative experience: Pinnacle Driving School offered a FREE course called “Safer Driver Course” over the school holidays. As a 25 year old I was only just eligible to participate. Thank you for providing the time to allow me to learn. This is why I have not given one star. HOWEVER, the zoom meeting instructor and in-person instructor gave conflicting details about how I would redeem the 20 hours of logbook learning. Therefore I have not received my certificate/stamp and am unable to redeem this. In greater detail, the in-person instructor was an unsafe teacher. I have learned 15 hours with a different school and this teacher was definitely unsafe by their standards. Did not give a mini-lesson on how to use the instructor car like all instructors should. Gave confusing driving instructions whilst driving through Woden. The narration should’ve not been happening whilst we were asked to fill out a paper survey (this paper survey was meant to be anonymous but he read it as he was meant to be instructing me). The zoom meeting was fine although more bathroom breaks would’ve been better.

Positive experience: My Parents really wanted me to learn how to drive a manual car and thanks to my instructor Geoff I went from being not very confident behind the wheel to being able to drive anywhere without any issues. Geoff was very calm and very nice which allowed me to learn things a lot faster than if I had done that with my parents. Geoff does book out very fast so I recommend booking well in advance The costs are fairly priced to other driving schools and I recommend that you look at purchasing one of the lesson packs to get lessons cheaper. They are also great for gifting to your child for Birthday/Christmas. The pinnacle team are very helpful with purchasing bundles and communicating if they need to move the session to earlier or later to accommodate how far the instructor needs to go. Of course they will try their best if you can't change the time. I won't lie but sometimes the pinnacle time seems to leave some things to very last minute.

Fantastic experience: I took 2 lessons with Anil before my driving test. He taught me the easiest way to park etc and easy to understand. Friendly and comfortable to learn with. Highly recommend him. I passed in one go

Fantastic experience: I had lessons with Glen, and then took up with Anwar when I was ready to come back to lessons but Glen was unavailable. Both were very good instructors. Heartfelt thanks to Anwar, who was patient, encouraging, and gave clear and helpful advice on how to develop my skills. Working with him really helped improve my confidence after a long time of on-and-off lessons. Finally on my Ps! Thanks Anwar!

Negative experience: TL:DR - the admin team completely undercut the good instructors * the admin get in the way of a reasonable customer experience * the instructors seem fine * little sensitivity to family emergencies It's a shame that they have some cracking driving instructors but awful process. My genuine recommendation is that if you find an instructor you like and they operate through Pinnacle, find some way to access that instructor without involving Pinnacle in the process. The people will nickel and dime you when you're trying to navigate a family emergency and generally just get in the way compared to other local options.

Fantastic experience: I completed my manual compentencies through Josh. Josh was very patient and understanding with me throughout the whole process, and assisted me wherever I needed it most. He was kind and helpful, and gave me constructive feedback if I ever had any difficulties during our lessons.

Fantastic experience: Got a package with Arif and really liked my lessons with him. Very friendly and gave easy to remember tips for driving that made it simple and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Glen taught both my daughter and son and I couldn’t be happier. They loved Glen and they calm direction he provided them. He was approachable and reassuring. The staff have always been so helpful, friendly and communicative. I highly recommend any parent with a child learning to drive to go through Pinnacle. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Want to say thanks to Yasir and the Pinnacle team. I was an extremely anxious driver when I started last year and genuinely thought I would never pass. I started lessons with Yasir sometime last year and throughout the process he has helped me tremendously with getting through my anxiety. He understood that I was a more anxious driver than most and had a lot of patience for me while also making sure that my anxiety didn't limit me. Yasir is professional and truly wants you to be a safe driver, but he's also very funny; I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations we had! I highly recommend him if you're looking for a patient instructor that knows what they're doing. I also moved back and forth between 2 addresses so it would get confusing at times, but Natalee and Lisa were always really patient and polite with me, responding to emails very quickly. Same goes for last minute cancellations. Overall, I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone learning to drive. I wish Yasir and the Pinnacle team nothing but the best.

Fantastic experience: Really good courses, VRUP and SDC both offered. Got in contact to book the VRUP, and was very late for the 17/7 course, yet they managed to, out of their way, fit me into the session. In addition, to this very professional and seems as though they care about their customer connections. Highly recommend for those trying to build up their hours.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my positive experience with my driving instructor- Joshua Tyler. Joshua is a very professional driving instructor who is very patient and understanding. I have had negative experiences with a driving instructor before but Joshua was the complete opposite. I have always had anxiety over driving but Joshua’s patience and calm energy always made me feel so comfortable. Very much recommend Joshua here.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend learning to drive with Pinnacle any more. I did manual drive lessons and my license competencies with Geoff and it was a great experience. Geoff is calm and gives super handy tips towards mastering tricky skills. He knows the license system well and helped me through all the tricky steps I had to take as an interstate learner driver. The booking system is easy and the team always contacted me about more opportunities to book in another lesson. My confidence with driving went up and I managed to get my license.

Fantastic experience: I had my learners for a long time and was not interested in driving, I had zero confidence in myself. After being introduced to Pinnacle I felt welcomed by the staff who were friendly and tried their best to fit my lessons around my life. My instructor was Ayaz, he is a wonderful and patient person and his techniques were great which really helped me in building my confidence in my driving. Fantastic experience: Great service and lovely staff members! Michael, my driving instructor, gave me the best support ever. I am an international driver and I had been struggling with all the confusing instructions that Service NSW gave me. They told me that because I had a Brazilian full licence, I'd get a full licence after taking the driving test. I took two lessons with Michael just because it had been 3 years since the last time I drove a car, and he is just an amazing teacher. I passed my driving test in my first attempt, but for my misfortune, Service NSW gave me a Red P plate. I was disheartened, and I vented with Michael about what happened. He was going to the Services later that week, and he said he would advocate on my behalf. After his visit there, I received a call from Service NSW manager, informing me that there was a mistake, and asking me to come back and provide my documents, so they could rectify my licence. If it wasn't for Michael, I would have to go through all the provisiory plates and live with restrictions for 3 years. Thank you Pinnacle Driving School! Thank you Michael!

Negative experience: Did not give the right information when we called ended up spending meaningless money. The actual thing goes idiotic as they do not listen or answer the question and blame everything back at us. Awful awful experience.

I had 10 (+1 free) lessons with Ayaz and my parents and I both agree that this was money very well invested. Ayaz's instructions improved my driving skills, knowledge and confidence immeasurably. The admin team were wonderful in helping me out with some eclectic availability on my end, and the instructors I learnt with were all professional and lovely people that really helped me overcome some anxiety whilst learning. Negative experience: Terrible and rude instructors. Alex opened my handbag without my permission. I have an oversea licence, and the instructor misled me to get a licence as a learner and P class way. When I discussed with him, he said: "you are new and the policy is changed recently"!! I can go to the Access Canberra website and study the rule. My English is good enough to understand the Access Canberra website content. He referred me to a lady who working in the Road Ready Center to ask about knowledge test. She also misled me by giving wrong information. I am not recommending this school since their instroctor are so rude and misleading students.

Positive experience: My instructor Michael is experienced, patient and punctual. Instructors here are experienced in doing the ACT log book hours and test. I also like their self-served online booking page, that enables you to easily book a lesson with the instructor you want. BUT please be careful if you plan to purchase their packages. I purchased their 'buy 10 get 1 free' package and finished the first 10 lessons, but I never got my 11th lesson. They say they are gonna arrange it for me, but it never happened. So what I suggest is to book 11th at the very beginning to make sure you get all the lessons.

Fantastic experience: After moving to Australia and being long overdue to get my licence, I'm soooo glad I went with Pinnacle Driving. Could not have come across a better team to achieve this with! Ayaz is great! Very professional and his diagrams/drawings are super helpful. Understandably, Ayaz does book out fast, so get in quick! Fantastic experience: I was initially afraid to start driving and being in control of a car. But my instructor Ayaz made it very easy. He gave me the space to learn at a pace I was comfortable with. Every lesson was practical yet I felt safe. He was also able to calm me down and I became more confident after a few lessons. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was wonderful working with Ayaz to polish my understanding for converting my overseas licence. Ayaz was calm, engaging and knowledgeable and taught me quite a few things that helped make the actual driving test go like a breeze. Fantastic experience: Well, who knew a driving school can be this fun. Trainer, Ayaz, he simply is the best. He had the epitome of patience level to teach me driving from the scratch. And guess what? I cleared my test in the first attempt. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: terrible instructor, threaten a minor and wouldn’t let out of the car. continued to use inappropriate language, steal the steering wheel and almost crash the car into on coming traffic. he would also speed and do damage on the clutch and showed up 10 minutes late
