Negative experience: I’ve been there twice to get my HR license and after the second time realised this wld be a very expensive exercise and found out no one passes the first time or the second time,spoke to a bloke that went back 6 times to get his HR,I’m doing it out of my own pocket and can’t afford this scam,booked into Yugo in dandynong and walked out with my HR licence in 3 hours.If you have lots of time and a ton of money than ACE is for you.Ace training in Traralgon is a scam,you are taken on routes that are impossible to drive a truck around and not touch a white line so a round about and very narrow streets.go to yogo in dandy.

Fantastic experience: Wayne Neal was one of the best teachers that I have ever had. He was very thorough and very hard and exact with what could and could not be done while using a forklift. He was very firm on the law and our responsibilities and was very knowledgeable on how to use and operate a forklift. I feel very confident in my abilities to use a forklift now and really appreciated his teaching style and help while learning to drive the forklift. I enjoyed taking the class which is unusual for me as I normally hate attending classes.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Ash for the heavy rigid (non synchro) licence test. He went beyond my expectations as a trainer. He was very calm throughout the two days and I learnt quickly from him. I went from having no experience in a truck to passing my test. He was very supportive and gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. Overall he is a respectable, nice and very experienced. I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else for this licence.

Fantastic experience: I recently did my MR licence with Ace Training. As I was waiting for documents to clear. I had to speak with the office staff a few times to touch base through both email and calls. Every interaction was fantastic. Ash was my instructor, he was an absolute legend. It felt like I was driving with my dad, but with less yelling He has a great sense of humour and provided me with great information about driving correctly and safely in a heavy vehicle. All the staff were supportive and happy to have a chat. 100% recommend Ace Training.
