Negative experience: After my first lesson, no phone calls for the next session!!!! In my first lesson the driver took me to the main road whereas , I know students need to practice in the calm areas then they can take them to the main roads. Hope they improve soon.

Fantastic experience: The best! Doesn’t treat you like just another student - does his best to make sure that you get the licence. Gave me in-depth lessons and also got his son to train me for an extra hour who was extremely calm and patient with me throughout the 2 hours supervision lesson he gave me. Naz has an extremely respectable stature in the vic roads office, every one knows him well and just shows how experienced he is.

Negative experience: Terrible communication, I had to call Naz multiple times after many texts. Doesn't respond quickly at all. Asked for Manual lesson turned up with an Automatic and didn't provide the lesson asked for. Clearly they are disorganized and just want $$$ rather than seeing their customers pass their licence test. Maria
