Fantastic experience: I Passed my HR today and I want to say a big thank you to Emilie and Mili for their great work. such nice lady’s and Emilie took care of everything and managing to squeeze me in such short notice. My experience was absolutely fantastic with these legends, the instructors are very nice and patient, Specially (Dan) very knowledgeable and he actually teaches you everything how to pass your test God bless all the instructors and receptionist and wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas :)

Negative experience: Did the 3 day HR Synchro training last month which is 8 hours spread over 3 days. I felt the training my first 2 days ( 6 hours ) was pretty poor. My trainer was a nice guy but in my opinion wasn’t giving me much feedback as I was driving and not paying close attention, even watching live baseball on his phone at some points when it was my first time operating a heavy vehicle. At the time I thought the lack of feedback was a sign I was doing everything correctly until the third day I was given a different trainer who was great and pointed out a lot of little things I was doing wrong. I was told I wasn’t ready to take my test after failing my mock test pretty badly. I then paid for an additional 3 hours of training which I could only be fit in about 2 weeks later. The 3 hours of training was split between another two different trainers who were both great and taught me things I hadn’t been shown before previously. But I feel the poor training I received the first 6 hours of lessons held me back and resulted in me failing my driving test with Darko. I expressed I was unhappy with my first two days of training and I was offered free 2 hours of training and a test resit the next Monday which was very nice of them but I could not take work off for that day. Unfortunately my experience with them has left me $2450 out of pocket with no HR license

This is certainly not acceptable, as we expect all our trainers to be fully engaged with students and provide consistent guidance throughout the training process. This trainer is usually praised by his students for being thorough and attentive. We’re glad to hear that the trainers you worked with on the third day and during your additional hours helped to improve your skills and provided valuable insights. From your feedback, it seems we made every effort to help you achieve your goal of obtaining your license. We offered free lessons and retests, and we confirmed this offer with you in writing. We regret that you were unable to take advantage of these opportunities. Once again, we apologize for the experience you’ve had, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 After a rather unpleasant experience at a different company months ago it took me a while to build up the confidence to reassess for my HR-b license. My buddy recommended WRDT so I thought I’d give them a go, and to say I was happy with the outcome is an understatement. Everyone I dealt with was amazing from Emilie in the office, to my instructor Steven, to my assessor Marco. Calm, reassuring with clear and simple instructions. From start to finish the whole experience was first class. I will be recommending this company to everyone from now on.

Fantastic experience: Best training I have ever experienced. Marco was able to see where I was at and adopted his training style to suit my learning style. His adaptive approach meant I was able to pass all four module of my MC open class licence first go. Thank you Marco and team.
