Irfan is one of the best instructors I got.. without his guidance I won't get it through. He is very good at teaching and good knowledge about the road rules. Negative experience: Whoever is considering purchasing lessons from this school, please reconsider. Despite being one of the cheaper driving schools online this had to be one of the worse experiences l have ever had with a school. And if l could give this driving school a negative l would but that's not possible so l give it a one. Firstly, l would like to talk about my experience with my instructor. I had bought 20 lessons and paid in full and ended up only doing 6 in a span of almost 3 months. To say that l am highly disappointed and angry that my time was wasted is a massive understatement. And the fact that l had to ask TWO times for a refund is even sadder. The first time l messaged my instructor for a refund he completely ignored my request and instead replied back with when my next scheduled lesson would be. And the second time l asked he tried gaslighting me telling me that he planned to give me a lesson on a Friday which was the next day because l asked for a refund a second time on a Thursday. Now it had already been a week since l texted him my availabilities for the week and he left me on delivered and waited until l had to reach out to him AGAIN to see my message. The very first lesson he was late, didn't bother to notify me either so l sat outside waiting for him. First red flag. After the lesson was over l gave him my availabilities so he could schedule me in. The following week came around and he didn't show. I gave him the benefit of the doubt which left me waiting 2 hours for this man. I called. He said he was busy with work and he would come now??? So you're telling me that even after he wrote me down in his little useless planning book, he ended up not coming wasting my whole day? Righto. Then 3 or 4 weeks had passed and l wasn't messaged about any lessons yet again. The excuse was he was sick, l wasn't notified. I had to call and ask what was up. Now I'm not upset that he was sick, you can't control that, but what l was upset about was the fact that he didn't bother to say anything to me. l reckon that if l hadn't said anything by now he wouldn't have reached out to me. Please if you are considering getting lessons here don't bother. These people don't care about you or your time. They are scammers gaslighters and liars who only want your money. P.s it took them 2 weeks to give me back my refund when my instructor said it would only take 3 business days. Shake my head.
