Negative experience: Hey all I booked my drive test from one person whose name is Nadim and he haven’t picked my call even before 2 days from my test and in a hurry I went to pakenham and tried contacting them . I got his father’s number and explained all the situation and tried to get my money back as I didn’t wanted to get the service from them due to lack of commitment and trust. I asked him to refund my remaining balance but he denied stating that I didn’t had the service but how can I trust them when I was contacting from past 10 days before my test !? I am just asking to refund my money that’s all I want as an international student it’s very struggling to incur all these expenses. Don’t trust them too early but in my scenario it was my bad experience. His father also said why I paid in his pay id rather than company’s account. What’s my fault if there instructor is getting money directly in there account !!! Thus I humbly request you to refund in this situation

Negative experience: I had a lesson booked in and was waiting for 15 mins after the time the lesson was supposed to start. At which point I called to see where the instructor was to be told they couldn't pick me up from where I was, even though I had received an email with that being the pickup location with no issues. I was then told I needed to go to Pakenham if I wanted to learn to drive manual, which I had no way of doing as I can't drive and had no lift because I was supposed to be picked up. Just a massive waste of time. The driving lessons might be good, but I guess I'll never know from the terrible experience. Edit: I also like the part where Naz angrily calls me to give me abuse and tell me if he sees me, he will "smash me" because of a bad Google review
