Fantastic experience: Coming from a completely dirt bike background and not having ridden for 15 years I’ve purchased an adventure bike as a transition road bike. I booked the returning rider course and luckily for me was the only student so had one on one training with Elissa who, after a chat about my riding history and the skills I was not comfortable with got me straight on the track. Over the next hour I received a very helpful critique, frequently pausing to get feedback, which was delivered in an easily understandable manner. Elissa’s instruction was very well presented in bite sized chunks so I was never overloaded with too much information at once. At the conclusion of my lesson my slow riding was 200% better than it had been, cornering was considerably more comfortable and some bad habits highlighted that I need to work on. Great instructor and looking forward to attending a full day course at Mt Cotton. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been on a bike for over 10 years and had lost my confidence. So I started with the 'return rider' course and then the RE. Both were great! Fantastic experience: Completed my RE learner course with Peter. He explained everything thoroughly which minimised having to ask many questions but also answered any questions anyone had. He reassured everyone was comfortable and would demonstrate everything before we would attempt. I was nervous knowing I'd be the only female in the class but he made the whole experience so comfortable. He gave feedback when needed in such a calm way. Could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Mark Taverner and he was INCREDIBLE, professional, knowledgeable, great at educating, thorough, funny, relaxed and encouraging. Fantastic experience: Mark was a very informative and very experienced trainer. He imparted the knowledge and skills required to learn very well indeed. Professional and skilled . He treated us as adults and made the course interesting and fun. When i made mistakes he was very patient and his duty of care was great, asking me if i was ok and needed a break etc. I would recommend this course to anybody wanting to learn to ride.

Fantastic experience: I had Mark as my RE Open licence instructor on a very very rainy day, he made it very clear he was there to help us be better riders but also assess our ability to demonstrate being a safe rider. It was clear from the get go he was not just pushing numbers through the door, he clearly knows what he is talking about and is open and honest about the course requirements and the requirements of being a safe and vigilant motorcyclist. Mark was very friendly and easy to get along with i would highly recommend him as an instructor. I plan on returning to do further advanced training courses purely based on my experience with Mark.
