Our instructor, Col, was incredibly knowledgeable, clear in his communication, and patient with everyone, also the coolest bloke! The course is meticulously planned. On the first day, we were introduced to the basics and had hands-on practice with the bikes. The second day involved advanced riding skills and road safety lessons. The environment is very safe, ensuring you learn to foresee risks on the road and react appropriately. You also take your riding test in this supportive atmosphere. The instructors are patient, polite, and ensure everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their riding skills. Fantastic experience: Hands down THE place to get your learners!! Super relaxed atmosphere, our trainer Anthony (also the owner) was fantastic both in the classroom and on the range. He explained everything clearly and calmly in a way that made each step fun and enjoyable. The other group had much the same experience being trained by Macca. Fantastic experience: Booked my overseas license conversion with the outstanding team at baylink, was surprised in the availability for both Weekday and weekend bookings, which are much suited for people who can't get out of work to complete their licence assessments, got paired up with the absolute legend of an instructor Colin McKenzie, was put through numerous drills and tasks to understand and appreciate everything about riding and Colin with his feedback and pointers made it nothing but fun and informative for me and the rest of the blokes, Experience plays a big part in motorcycling and man let me tell you the instructors are nothing but highly experienced riders who want nothing but to teach you the best and safest way to handle riding in all adverse conditions ,Doesn't matter if you're starting out or just getting your license converted, I'd highly recommend baylink to anyone out there, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, and again I want to thank colin and the rest of the team at baylink for making my license conversion a walk in the park , Thank you for your efforts guys and keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I completed my learners today with Mark as the trainer. He is proficient on the bike, an excellent communicator and has developed a teaching style that brings out the best in his students. The training was really well run with no unnecessary filler and was formatted in a way to get you on the bike so you can rack up some kms and feel ready to go for the testing phase. Needless to say, everyone in the group passed and we all left feeling confident and ready to start our journey on the road. Thanks to Mark and the team at Bayside MC for a great two days. A special shout out and thanks to Stefani behind the desk. I came down with the flu before the morning of my initial booking, and she got me rebooked in no time.

Both instructors made it a very positive experience, but I know I could never have got through the course without Macca’s patience, support and encouragement. In two days Mac has taught me all the essential skills of motorcycle riding in different scenarios, places and types of weather. He also provided me with all the theory on why these methods are important. Mac’s encouragement and clear instructions are incredibly helpful for a novice rider.
