Fantastic experience: Just picked up a new 1390 Superbike R EVO with an option for the full Akropovic exhaust. Sam Moorhead couldn’t do enough for me! Communication all the way along the line was spot on, even when things way beyond his control didn’t go according to plan. The handover was full and comprehensive without being over bearing with all the important information delivered as it should be. The bike is was past expectation on the flesh and without a blemish and those annoying fingerprints.. I probably won’t buy any future bikes from anywhere else to be fair! Well done team!

The shops is set up great with everything you could possibly need and if they dont have it they can order it. Cullys Care about there customers best motorbike shop!
Fantastic experience: We were recently touring Australia on our BMW adventure bike and needed to get some new winter gear as we hadn’t really planned on touring so far south and across the Nullarbor. After some online research, we came across Cullys and headed in to check out their winter range. Unfortunately they have a very limited range of women’s gear, but I was able to grab a new jacket with a thermal liner which has proven to be a sound investment for our journey. The staff members were helpful and were able to offer knowledge about the brands and which jacket could possibly be a good match for me and kept me comfortable and warm while travelling across the great Australian bite, Victoria, western NSW and into QLD.

Negative experience: Before making a booking for a service, I strongly recommend shopping around. Cully's prices are exorbitant and far exceed what you would find elsewhere. Their pricing is not just high—it's unreasonable and completely out of line with market rates.

Negative experience: If youre going to cut people off, swerve into lanes, tailgate and speed in Balcatta - probably best to not do it in a branded black van. Indication doesnt mean you can pull into a lane when its not safe to do so just because you tried to save 30 seconds by not being in the right lane to being with - people have blind spots. I then watched you cut lanes and tailgate someone. Not a great look.

Negative experience: I had quite a bad experience at Cully's Yamaha a couple of weeks ago. I brought my Triumph Bonneville for servicing, I spent about 600AUD, and back at home after collecting the bike I discovered that: - two screws were missing and the seat was not fixed - the front brake brakes unevenly around the disk, while was working normally before the servicing - lube has been applied in abundance on the drive chain and the excess has not been removed, contaminating the rear brake. When I contacted the shop they didn't care about having returned a bike to the road in completely unsafe situation, but just tried to upsell more servicing.
Fantastic experience: Picked up my new raptor 700r today and couldn't be any happier. Thanks to will for making it so straightforward, easy and fast. Got a brand new one ordered in for me in less than 1 week. Buddy, your a legend.

Pitiful attitude. The Bike Doctor in North Perth is the place to take your bike ANY bike for servicing needs in this part of town. .

Fantastic experience: Just purchased a second hand FJR from Cully's what a fantastic experience. Spoke with 2 salesman Will and Ben both went out of there way to help and nothing was to much trouble. Extremely professional, great shop all the staff were excellent. My trade in price was way better than other shops, very happy to trade my bike and buy a new 1. Glad you appreciate our service but the trading hours are not our call. We are a licensed motor vehicle dealer and must comply with relevant laws that prevent trading on Saturday afternoons and Sunday.

Positive experience: Stopped in to buy a new helmet. Plenty of stock if you are after a small or medium or extra large size however not much choice for large size unless you want to pay thousands. Staff are very helpful and friendly and huge range of accessories and clothing and bikes. Unfortunately couldn't get the helmet i had wanted thus the 4 stars.

While trying on shoes at least 5 different staff members came past and asked if I was OK and being looked after, a welcome change to other stores in perth . Fantastic experience: I recently bought a Raptor 90 for my boys. The service from the guys at Cullys was second to none. I won't be going anywhere else when it's time to upgrade!
Positive experience: Very busy and understaffed. That’s the same everywhere though. Came across in conversation and being a little short with me. Could see in some staff and observed there is not very relaxed atmosphere. Was a public holiday for most businesses as well which no doubt contributed to the atmosphere. Good effort though. Will see how the service goes and update on this point with rating as well.

Fantastic experience: Cullys was recommended to me from my riding instructor, so i headed there for all my riding gear. Jacket, gloves and helmet. Recently my visor was missing a plug and was very noisy while riding. I took my helmet back to cullys for some advice and they replaced my visor for free. Can't fault Wendy and her team for their great customer service and friendliness.
Fantastic experience: Each time I consider going on the internet for a part for my old thumper, I luckily remember to visit Cully's - I used to hate shopping here years ago but in the last few years a shift has occured and I am always glad I remembered to come to the store...always helpful stuff....never pushy....just happy to help....and good prices and great range of parts.....if they don't have they will order it and I am always given updates....ten out of ten

Negative experience: Rang the service department to get my bike serviced. The manager, Derek I believe, told me that he couldn’t do anything for me unless he sees the bike at the shop as it’s a +10yo motorcycle. Ok, annoying but understandable I guess. Got there the same afternoon (with the bike) and it felt like I was bothering the dude but hey everyone can have a bad day I suppose. After a quick walk around the motorcycle, I asked for a quote but couldn’t get one because they were to busy. (Can get that too) Anyway we agreed that he would keep me in touch and send me an email + call. Three weeks later I’m still waiting, so decided to take my business elsewhere. My point. They are absolutely useless and need to learn how to run a business and look after their customers.
Fantastic experience: I've only been in to purchase parts and consumables and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful every time. Much better service than a few of the other shops I've been to around town. There's a good selection of brands other than Yamaha to choose from as well.

Negative experience: The worst service ever experienced, 15 min wait to be served followed by the most uninterested customer service guy who didn't even want to leave his desk to go check the multiple products he had in stock. ( stock was visible to me, just unavailable being only a customer). I won't be shopping here again!
Fantastic experience: I immediately liked the dealership right from the start, large enough to hold a wide range of products and well sorted. All employees are very polite, kind, funny and passionate about their work. In particular, I was immediately welcomed by Aurelio, a wonderful person, very kind, professional, nice and friendly. He helped me right away, answering all my questions and giving me excellent advice. I never expected such a nice welcome! In fact, I will never stop thanking Aurelio!! I couldn't ask for better! This dealership and Aurelio will always remain in my heart! 10/10

Negative experience: First time in the shop and was looking to buy a jacket and boots, not a single person in the entire store said hello or asked if I needed any assistance. Pretty poor customer service, even if it is Christmas eve
Negative experience: A disappointing shopping experience in parts today. A simple return for a refund for a part that was sold to me but didn’t fit my bike and was declined, offered credit instead. Eventually the manager did refund me but the parts staff made it such a hard experience, and unnecessary given it was simple case of being sold the wrong part.
Fantastic experience: The last time I was here was 1993! Who things have changed. Every imaginable product under the sun. The service was top notch with everyone keen to help and impart their knowledge. Thank you Culleys
Fantastic experience: great experience here dealing with Aurelio in Sales. Fantastic service and speedy delivery. Really looked after me with buying a bike. The sales staff as a whole are very friendly and happy to help regradless if it's bikes or gear you're after. I've always had good service at Cully's. Recently had some issues with the wife's bike and the Service Department really looked after us also. They put up with our constant calls with grace and kept us in the loop with warranty repairs. Could not recommend a better dealership for you motorcycling needs :)

Fantastic experience: Walked into Cully’s Yamaha a week ago, spoke to a friendly Aurelio. Told him what bike I wanted. Within a week he had the exact bike I wanted in store, finance sorted at an extremely competitive rate and sold me all the riding gear I needed at a discounted price to boot. Positive experience: Ordered some boots online then called up and paid extra to have them sent Express Post (for an extra $19). Unfortunately the staff forgot to send them Express so now they won't arrive in time for a two-week trip and I'll have to go buy some others. Staff were quick to accept fault, apologise profusely and refund the money, so kudos for owning the mistake. Other than this very disappointing element, the online purchase process was great.

Negative experience: I always try to support local business but when they don't support you who wouldn't shop on the net . A Non refundable deposit ( only refundable for future in store purchases ) is deemed necessary to go try on some riding gear as it has to come from the local warehouse no thanks I will shop online there are plenty of good companies out there that offer free shipping and also free shipping on a 1st return if a item doesn't fit and are actually a fare bit cheaper on price for the exact same product just remember it's customers supporting you thay supports your business its a two way street

Negative experience: I have come to Cullys a couple of times now, and unfortunately the staff there talk down and belittle you when you ask questions and ask for advice. As a new rider and new to bikes I was recommended to come here, however on both occasions I've been made to feel a fool at the counter for asking for help, and there isn't any helpful solutions given, only snide remarks from the people behind the counter. After the first time I thought I'd give benefit of the doubt to the sales rep, but after it occuring again on my next visit it became apparent this is their way of working. I won't bother to come back. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all.

Fantastic experience: Called in to get some new gloves, I’m not an off the shelf sized bloke and poor Wendy did an awesome job helping me find a pair to fit my shovels! Wendy never gave up and smiled the whole time, great service. I rode away very happy and the gloves feel great.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into the showroom, the experience has been awesome. I was looking at a new bike and greeted by an awesome fella called Ben, who was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Ben was very thorough in making sure he knew what I was looking for in a bike, and made sure I was well informed on the model I was looking at. The bike was ready when he said it would be and went through everything a final time before I rode it out. I purchased riding gear from the store and the staff upstairs were brilliant, super helpful and had all the time in the world to assist me, with a huge wall to wall range of products. I just booked in for my 1000km service and the guy who I booked in with was knowledgeable and provided a detailed description of what was going to be done and costings. Cully's you should all hold your heads high, everyone I have dealt with have been top notch with a service second to none. I will be back for many years to come.
Negative experience: Place order for Dainese Delta3 pants, they arrived from warehouse to Cully's Perth. I got text notification that the goods had arrived so all is great. I contact Cully's to pay the outstanding balance and have the item delivered to Bunbury, save me a journey and time as the Cully's site offers "$9 flat rate shipping" or "free shipping for orders over $200". Sadly l was told they would have to get the items costed by Australia post and a cost would be incurred by me. Very disappointed as the pants fall well within the free shipping at $749.00 and a $9 flat rate was not even offered. So yeah really disappointed, will now wait until 21st Jan when in Perth next. Should have gone to Peter Stevens instead.
Fantastic experience: Good selection of gear. Bigger sizes available too. Helped me pick out some road gloves to suit small but wide hands (an awful combination for gloves ,haha) - knowledgeable staff made it a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Super helpful staff and a great range of products. The salesperson spent a good 20 minutes with me helping me try on all sorts of different gloves. No pressure to buy any at all. Ended up having a manufacturing problem with the pair I purchased, they swapped it over without any hassle at all.
Positive experience: Good range large stock,busy shop can be hard to get help,but worth the wait.
Negative experience: You do not expect when you take your pride and joy into triumph that once the service is complete they just leave it outside in the rain, common sense a client property care is certainly a thing of the past! Just need to spend another 3.5 hours polishing the watermarks out, owned it for 2 years and this is the first time its got wet more than dissapointed!.
