Negative experience: Claims website has been hacked (been like this for weeks now) therefore is not honouring online booked sessions which i think is highly unprofessional, no response to emails either. I suggest shutting your site down untill the issue is resolved to avoid leaving other people stranded who may also book. My daughter is upset as we booked her a lesson pre her PDA test today to call this morning to confirm pick up, be told its not happening! I am not happy at all now knowing shes all wound up an anxious prior to taking her PDA test. My daughter also mentioned the state of the vehicle was not up to standard. Cable tie for a lever, the general cleanliness with cans and rubbish everywhere, Tho she said the instructor was very nice which is why we booked again, the presentation of your training vehicle definitely requires improvement.
