Fantastic experience: Just passed my drive test today thanks to Manny! He's an incredible teacher, from the first phone call he was very straightforward and set out a plan for me to get my license in a timely manner and was able to help me achieve all the goals we set out to achieve. I used to feel extremely anxious about driving but my confidence has increased infinitely since taking lessons with Manny. He is always professional, supportive and he takes so much pride in helping his students succeed. I 100% recommend Manny to anyone looking for a driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: I stepped into and drove my very first car today. Solo. My mama sobbed when I held up my new red p plates. She was so proud, and so am I. This wouldn’t have been possible without Manny; he taught me to be brave. Referred by my partner who had taken lessons previously but struggling with a very negative ‘I can’t do this’ mindset, I was adamant to begin lessons. I was however, unable to resist the glowing reports and contacted Manny. Kind, personable and empathetic Manny skyrocketed my confidence in driving, teaching me not only the bells and whistles of road safety but what it means to be an unregrettably compassionate human being. Evidently passionate about his career, Manny takes pride in each of his students and the relationships he can build with them throughout their sessions together. During this time Manny is both a friend, a confident, and a mentor - all whilst never wavering from his professionalism. Knowing every trick in the book and overtly familiar with test-day conditions, Manny makes ‘learning’ to drive an achievable feat filled with humour, mnemonics and anecdotes. I wouldn’t suggest anyone else. He truely is the best.

Fantastic experience: As an anxious, mature age learner, driving lessons for me were all about building confidence behind the wheel as much as they were learning to drive a car. I can honestly say that from our first phone call Manny made me feel like he understood exactly where I was coming from, he made me feel comfortable controlling the vehicle, and he taught me how to drive safely on the road. I passed my drive test this morning and I owe it all to his brilliant instruction!

Fantastic experience: I got Emmanuel contact from a friend that had her kids doing lessons with him, she was obviously a happy customer. From the first call he was very clear about his services. When we got into the lesson, he was super helpful explaining all the bits and pieces about better ways to drive and the tricky parts of the test. I particularly like how confident he was with his driving knowledge and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Really friendly approach and time efficient, 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about my first driving lesson without someone I knew well, and in an unfamiliar car, however I thoroughly enjoyed my lesson with Emmanuel. His hands on approach and willingness to explain everything at every stage of the drive was very benefiting and I found myself learning faster than I thought I could. I’m now far more confident with roundabouts which I was always cautious and timid around. His ability to make light of the situation and keep the car feeling positive and create an overall positive experience means that I will most certainly be returning for more lessons. I would thoroughly recommend him to any learner driver at any stage as he provides tips others can only dream of acquiring.

Fantastic experience: I was an older, nervous learner who had gone through a couple of different driving instructors before I found Emmanuel through Strive2Drive. We agreed at the onset that Emmanuel would teach me to be a safe driver rather than merely pass the test. True to his word, Emmanuel took me to places and situations that real-life driving required, such as tricky roundabouts, shopping centre parks and freeway entry and exits. His skills, dedication and professionalism impressed me. He has a great coaching style and interesting techniques. For example, rather than simply correcting me on a particular response to a situation, he would come up with drills and funny phrases and stories to make it stick. Emmanuel really cares about making the roads safer for everybody and takes every opportunity to also educate other road users who are ignorant of the rules or choose to flout them. I have gained significant skills and confidence under Emmanuel’s tutelage. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn how to be a safe, competent and considerate driver on the roads.
