Negative experience: NEVER MAKE IT A OPTION. DONT LOOK ON ONLY LESS BAD REVIEW THINK SOME PEOPLE DONT EVEN GIVE REVIEWS THOSE YOU GIVE GET A DISCOUNT. They like to waste your time and money and are very unprofessional. Go somewhere else if you want a good learning experience, I did not. I went elsewhere to get my license.

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn to drive, very well presented lessons and good value. I found it very challenging and interesting to see how different a heavy vehicle handles on the road and the high degree of road skills needed to operate and negotiate roads safely.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the service I got at deltawest in albany. Stuart got me pretty confident within an hour of my driving lesson operating a hr truck. He made me feel at ease, instruction was clear and gave me the confidence to successfully complete my assessment within the same day!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, crew are easy to deal with, lots of friendly and helpful advice over the Phone. Negative experience: Stuart contracted my training out to an absolute muppet who showed up an hour late, taught me nothing and didn't even have the decency to tell me he didn't think I was (unsurprisingly) not ready to take the test but I could come back! Having lost faith in the company I asked for a refund which was refused. I have contacted the DoT who whilst VERY sympathetic, told me there was nothing they could do. ASQUA (Australian Skills Quality Assurance) their federal regulators urged me to make an official complaint. I will be doing so and also encouraging the numerous other very dissatisfied customers who left poor reviews on Google and FB to do the same, in the hope that they can stop Deltawest taking your hard earned money and laughing in your face.
