Fantastic experience: Julie was an amazing instructor. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She taught me all the tips and tricks, and helped me to be more confident with my driving. With her help I was able to pass my test first try. Highly recommend booking Julie for your lessons/test!

Negative experience: she’s not that good she complains a lot and also she is stressful to drive with as one time she yelled at me when she is an instructor she should be a calm place for learners.. I’ve paid about a thousand in total of lessons to her and I’ve learnt nothing, she tells me to drive with my parents when I’ve explained I can’t as to why I’m paying 70 dollars per lesson, not just to drive around like she is doing for the sake of it. Then she has the audacity to tell me to be more responsible because my license went missing I think you should be grateful it’s a free 70 dollars for you, and if you don’t know love you should be more business like because sone of us live with a big family and it’s easy for a license to go misplaced pathetic, waste of time and also agreed to review which is only displayed on Google that she is unprofessional. I will be going for my hazards, with my new instructor. Looks like you were the problem. knowing that she has a temper can be uncomfortable learning to drive so just my opinion

Fantastic experience: Julie was professional, punctual and an overall great driving instructor for my daughter. She was honest but tactful when giving driving advice which enabled my daughter to pass on her first attempt. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Julie taught my daughter to drive. She was extremely encouraging and supportive and her instructions were very clear and concise. She is a lovely, friendly person and made the whole experience very enjoyable. She helped make the process of getting her P’s easy and stress free.

Fantastic experience: Julie was always so hands on, patient and informative. Gives tips and tricks on parking, mirrors ect. I went to 4 different instructors before julie and none of them made me feel as comfortable and calm about driving. Would 100% highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Juile, I started lessons with her to prepare for my drive test. Juile was so kind and patient with me, she always explained everything so clearly and well. Julie was so lovely and friendly, she made me feel comfortable and like I was able to talk to her about my worries with my driving. She really helped me gain confidence as a driver. She had so many useful tips and taught me all the small things (and not so small things, like reverse parallel parking) that I had missed during my hours. She made sure to expose me to all sorts of situations, new and old and practice in them. She was very thorough with teaching me, she covered everything. I’m so happy to say I passed my drive test on the first go and want to thank Julie for helping me so much to get there.

Negative experience: I have now had to resort to posting this hear after numerous attempts at contact with no reply. I've been told by vicroads that my sons log book has not been completely filled out correctly on your part and needs a section filled out on the back for all his lessons with you to be acknowledged. Considering alot of his hours are with you this will stop him being able to sit for his driving test. I'm sure you would not want to see him punished for what is assumed to be a mistake on your end. Can you please advise me how and when this can be resolved so he can move forward. Thank you. A child should not be punished because of the information not being completed by you as it's apart of the job you were paid to provide. Please inform me if you will be completing the information you missed. If not I'll leave it to vicroads to escalate this as they said it is your responsibility to complete the missing section. Happy to drop it off or leave it for you to collect and complete if you are not wanting to have contact. We just want to move on and have this issue fixed asap. I used Julie's services for almost 2 years through ndis for my 2 special needs boys. My boys' appointments were constantly moved or cancelled for random reasons like it's too wet or she has visitors. She would make them drive through takeaway shops to get her lunch, etc. Constantly changes hers days and time availability and prices, making it harder and harder to make regular bookings. The final straw came after my son witnessed a man be beat half to death and we got locked in aldi so could not attend his lesson even tho my son told her as it was happening why he couldn't get to her she charged us for the lesson and when I complained it's not fair to punish him for such a traumatic experience she dumped us as clients even tho I prepaid lessons. I have cptsd so I can not teach my children to drive unfortunately and she is totally aware but because she is mad at me she, she punished my kids. It's totally unprofessional, in my opinion. Thought others should be fully aware before using her services for their kids. Unfortunately for us in eynesbury she is the only person willing to do lessons out here in a auto. We had no choice but to put up with her services at the time.
