Negative experience: I wish i had a option for 0 star for Tom one of their instructor such a racist person he said he hate asian people and he was teaching one asian person Well i dont know how he got a job as a instructor . person with no patience just yelling at u while teaching Tom u need to retire we pay for u to teach u got a have some patience Had a terrible experience such a waste of money

Negative experience: Pros- easy to book. Customer service lady Betty was easy to deal with. The customer service was the only reason they got one star. Cons - we booked a bulk package for my daughter and she used two of them. We are in the process of getting a refund for the rest. Tom, one of their drivers, made some extremely revolting comments which made my daughter not want to get back into the car with him. He said: 1. Autistic people just need to toughen up. 2. Sexist remarks about a pedestrian woman in short shorts 3. That domestic violence occurs because a person is in the wrong relationship. Along with that, my daughter reports that he was rude, not calm and very in your face with his corrections. For this reason, we don’t recommend this school at all. Abhorrent behaviour from an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Highly recommend driving school. A special thank you to Andrew for teaching my son. He was patient, flexible and professional. My son got his licence on the first attempt.

Negative experience: If you have anxiety and are self-conscious about driving, I don't recommend Tom. EDIT: Build a bridge and get over it.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say thank you enough to my instructor Tom for a great experience of driving. Finally I passed my driving test today thanks to him. He was very calm and professional. Highly recommend !

Negative experience: I cannot recall the name of my supervising driving instructor, but he was absolutely terrible. He completely deflated my confidence only minutes before I was to take my driving test by telling me I “indicated too late” and “turned too sharply”. His tone was intimidating and aggressive, and had me in tears as I was entering VicRoads to attend my driving test. Absolute waste of money and time. I passed my driving test because I understand the rules of the road and am capable of controlling a vehicle, but as I had not been taught his way of driving, he did not agree. Please do not use this driving school.

Negative experience: Worst , I booked for an hour , didn't teach parallel parking and 3 point turn , he asked me to book again for an hour to learn these things , i told the instructor that i am good with driving and have been driving for 7-8 years overseas , still he didn't teach the 3 point and parallel , money robbers , worst experience .

Fantastic experience: Between reasonable pricing and online bookings, Eastern Suburbs Driving School made things so convenient that I never hesitated.
