Fantastic experience: The RACT Roadside Assist was fernominal in their support and help with us when our motorhome broke down in NSW. These are the most caring and informed and compassionate people . Negative experience: Had never made a claim in my life, I was found not liable, unhelpful staff, unwilling to read police report, no receipt number given for a complaint and won't email complaint evidence to you. Scammers as still want excess fee... Don't go to RACT.

Negative experience: Booked our daughter for 5 lessons of driver training thinking that we'd go with "the best". I have taught her the basics on private property, so we were hoping RACT would teach her the rest. Not to be.. she spent 5 lessons just driving around, didn't do 1 reverse park, or 1 handbrake hill start, lessons were meant to be 50 mins, most were only 35-40mins, as the instructor was in too much of hurry to get back and be ready for next student, won't be recommending RACT to any of her friends. Not worth $325!!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Fast confident(update) Australian call center. Good value. No problems with my claim. Fast simple process. One call was all it took. Well worth the money. Made a new claim. Had a rear end in a car park . unsure which one. Was hit and they took off. RACT one call. Simple request easy instructions. Hire car set up . This company is up there with the best.

Negative experience: I just had the rudest telephone conversation,if you could call it that,with an R.A.C.T employee....this is not customer service !! The person spoke over the top of me ,was passive aggressive in her manner and potentially lost all RACT contracts with us.....get your act together RACT.....customers do have a choice to go elsewhere...P.s R.ACV ...amazing service!!
