Fantastic experience: Staff were patient, polite and professional at all times. I was somewhat nervous doing my Heavy Rigid as I had never driven a truck before, but the instructors made me confident and secure. The entire process was made very simple and easy. Ultimately I went from having 0 hours experience to holding a Heavy Rigid license in just a couple days. Special thanks to Craig and Russel. I will be back to complete my Semi and Combination licenses soon!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I passed my Heavy Combination yesterday a bit after a year after getting my Heavy Rigid. Despite trying to prepare myself through various methods I still initially struggled with reversing the trailer but quickly got it thanks to the teacher. The friendliness was still amazing and they were extra accommodating with helping move the date up when an opening came up after I had to push it back due to getting Covid. I look forward to updating this again once I get my Multi-Combination through them one day as they delivered the same amazing I got the first time! ORIGINAL: Despite some hiccups on my end, JADS taught me to drive a double clutch truck when I had minimal manual experience and now I have my Heavy Rigid driver's license. Not once did I feel stressed due to them. The two teachers I learned from were both amazing and the reception staff I interacted with were also amazing in terms of respect and responsibity. Honestly couldn't recommend them more based on my experiences of assistance given, the education I received and the general friendliness to the place.

Positive experience: Receptionist wasn't very knowledgeable about courses provided by Jads, perhaps a temp or not her job. Have patience.
