Negative experience: Absolutely rude staff working today on the 30th December 2020 at 5pm. Called the shop at 3:30pm since the shop was closed on arrival and was told there will be someone in the shop at 5pm as they have a booking although the door and Google review show that it is opened between 12pm - 7pm. That aside upon returning to the store at 5pm and asked if we could have a 30 minute session for 2, the staff rudely and abruptly responded "NO I'M BUSY and cannot fit you in, I have bookings to deal with and I have another job!" First off I can understand if you are fully booked and if you politely advise to book another day we could. However you were clearly not busy and just sitting at the front seeming to give attitude to every single walk in customer prior to us. When prompt that I had called earlier he responded with that the phone number was to staff in Queensland and had nothing to do with the Sydney staffs schedule. Called back to the advertised number on Google to give feedback on the experience received back to he Queensland staff (which either sounded the manager or owner) and was promised a callback. In the end nothing had happened. If you really dislike dealing with customers please go find another job, don't think you are doing customers a massive favour by letting us experience your arcade, we are paying for the service, still we won't feel privileged and think that because we are paying we can be rude to you. On the other hand it seems the Sydney staff can be rude to customers because we are giving him business and apparently much more work than he was supposed to be doing for the day!

Negative experience: Staff (at 17.25 30th December 2020) gave us extremely impolite and rude attitude. If you cannot serve people right, just tell us, no need making others wait and waste their time. Arcade game racing is even better than this.

Negative experience: I made an order nearly a month ago. The suggested shipping date was 2 days ago but the order is still 'Pending' in the tracking info. I tried to get info through customer service where I was connected to a robot that couldn't help. I asked to get me connected to a real person but apparently they are 'busy helping other fans'. This was a birthday gift to a friend, I am very frustrated and still no solution.

Positive experience: Great simulation and easy to use

Fantastic experience: I was a little skeptical after a mistake with my booking (they close at 8pm on Saturdays). But after that was rectified with professionalism, we had a great time. Trent was an awesome guy who delivered a nice experience and has quite a bit of knowledge about real racing too. In short: it's worth the money, it's worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: Great team and set up

Negative experience: Good fun. But no data collected or provided at the end of the race. Just a 10 sec review of results on the screen, not enough time to even take a pucture of results. I would be coming back , and a few times , if this improves.

Fantastic experience: We went there as a group of co-workers and it was really fun except the time when I broke the wheel because I turned it too much. Well, I was a beginner and sorry about that Race Centre. btw, we got voucher and tax refund for our session.

Fantastic experience: The staff were amazing especially Tom. He was really helpful and my husband really enjoyed his F1 racing experiences especially on his birthday. Thank you , Tom for making this day a special one for both of us. We will definitely come again.

Negative experience: I will preface by stating that the experience was a good experience. Clearly a lot of money has been invested into this, and the motion feedback from the car in the seat was a nice touch, the sound was good, the gear was good except for the fact that i could pickup and put down the sequential shifter. That is why i have selected two stars. I would choose 0 if i could because you did use false advertising. I came in on the 13th of August and intended to do a 15 minute session, as indicated possible on your website. When the gentleman at the front desk asked me how long i would be using the simulators for, i said only 15 minutes, because i wasn't experienced. He said that was not possible, only, and i state clearly, ONLY, for 30 minutes or half an hour. I had come to the shop just for this so obviously i wasn't going to turn around and go home, so i had to dish out the $50 for the half hour. As a beginner, this was disheartening. Wont be returning. I should also add the fact that when we chose project cars we could only use Bathurst? which i found a little weird but acceptable i guess.

Fantastic experience: We had a 1 hour and 20 minute drive, spent $30 on parking to arrive at 8pm Saturday and find Racecentre closed. Both the website and Google clearly say 9pm close on Saturdays?!

Negative experience: Not worth the price. Unpredictable as the arcade games are more real life rather than the race centre one. Shakes so much and lost control so many times for no reason. Help button was a BONUS. The breaks weren't working normal and the gears there was no point in a clutch. Could've played arcade games for that price. Know for next time.

Fantastic experience: Not from Sydney and play a lot of racing simulators at home. Never had a seat that moves along with the car.

Negative experience: Big Rip off So I went here about 3 weeks ago and when asked which cars I would like to use i said the "F1 2017". I then received a rude response "u can't their exclusive to League races. For $80 I should be allowed to use what every I want. In addition I was expecting them to have some high end wheels like TSPC racer or Fanatec club sport instead I was greeted by a g29 which is anything from the guaranteed realistic experience. If I'm paying $80 I expect better equipment if u own a rig with a T300 wheel u will get just as good expirence at home for free if not I recommend the grid Melbourne where the quality and customer service is 10x better. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY

Positive experience: Hubby raced & LOVED it, although he would of liked to have been informed to have to change out of gear into reverse to get off grass or sand in order to continue racing.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! Simulators are great!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time checking out the race simulators, it was an awesome experience... like Daytona on steriods! Insanely realistic simulatior, super friendly customer service (even when I accidently switched off the machine - sorry!), cool race merch and walls signed by great drivers.

Negative experience: No one picking up the phone and no one on the counter as well in sydney harbourside. Disappointed !

Negative experience: The motion on the simulators was constantly breaking down. So I was being switched between different machines only to have more breakdown troubles.. Bad customer service & no refund offered. Won't be going back. Good luck

Fantastic experience: Petrolheads, especially Formula 1 fans will get a kick out of the racing simulation experience. A lot of merchandise available for sale too. Motorsport aficionados have to pop by
