Negative experience: All the reviews seem to talk about Marina, but my experience was with a male instructor—Jeffrey, I believe his name was—and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN AUSTRALIA. Not only was he rude, but he also showed zero empathy for my limited English skills. He was impatient and made me feel so nervous that it was impossible to relax and learn. Once again, this was with a male instructor, and it was my worst experience behind the wheel. It wasn’t just a waste of money but also an emotional drain.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about driving when I started, but Marina from Penrith Driving School made all the difference. She is incredibly patient and supportive, which helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow, and she always remained calm, even when I made mistakes. Marina has a great way of teaching that made learning to drive a positive experience for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and understanding driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in Penrith the driving instructors are very nice and help you throughout your journey to getting your license, they care greatly and ensue that you are being a successful and safe driver.

Fantastic experience: Marina was a fantastic teacher to my 16/17 year old daughter! very professional and taught her so well. My daughter is shy and wasn’t very confident with parking or with the “real” road rules, but after a few lessons my daughter began to gain confidence and passed her driving test today on the first go! Thank you Marina , you have been absolutely amazing through this journey! Any student would be lucky to have you as their teacher!!!!! highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed in this service!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Panther Driving School to any learner driver. Kenny assisted my son while on his learners and was patient, professional and given the cost of living is soaring the prices for lesions are very reasonable. Can’t recommend Kenny enough to teach your son or daughter how to drive. Thank you Kenny.

Fantastic experience: I went from not having ever driven a car to passing my test on the first go in around 30 hours of lessons from Geoff. He always seems to know what I'm about to do before I do it, which makes for a safe environment for a learner. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn to drive correctly and safely.

Fantastic experience: Trust me when I say you SHOULD book here. Marina was absolutely amazing! I’ve held my L’s for 10 years. I sat my P’s test in 2022 and failed. I didn’t want to do the test again ever again but thought I’ll try one more time in 2023 and After reaching out to Marina, she managed to fit me in straight away and helped me pass my P’s test this time a year later. In the short span I spent learning, she taught me everything! I passed with almost 100 percent marks! ( I accidentally got too close to a car and that’s my fault otherwise I would’ve had a perfect pass) Trust me when I say you’ll love it here! Thank you marina and team -Montell

Fantastic experience: I'm giving 5 stars because, Marina who was my driving instructor helped build the confidence I needed to take my test today. It's been more than 5 years since I first got my Ls licence and had been past the point where I had to redo my DKT because my Ls expired. I first got in touch with Marina because I needed help fighting the sick feeling and nerves I was getting everytime I went for a drive. I was very open to Marina and she helped me through it all, reverse parallel parking, three point turns, kerbside parks, responding to hazards, head checks etc. Today I went for my test and it was busy, it was raining, and there is always hazards but I could respond to every situation with confidence because of Penrith Driving School, Marina has a strong understanding of road rules, responding to hazards and has very strong ethics on responsibility of driving.

Fantastic experience: This week ends an era for our family and Panther Driving School. We have had our 5 children learn to drive and successfully gain their licence with the professional help from Brendan, Brooke and the team. Thankyou so much for making this somewhat daunting task a little easier with your expertise. I have no hesitation in recommending this professional family business. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Geoff is an excellent trainer. I cannot praise him enough. I was ridden with anxiety as I failed 3 times, before I met Geoff and almost concluded that I can't drive. Geoff continuously gave me the confidence, coaching and the challenges required to get rid of my mental blocks, bad decision making tendencies. After few lessons, I actually started to enjoy driving, feeling safe and confident while driving. Finally, I passed my driving test yesterday. Thank you Geoff and Penrith Driving school for all the guidance, support and coaching. With this, you have changed my and my family's life and I will be greatful for that forever :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Geoff as an instructor. He's patient, methodical and exactly the kind of instructor I needed. After 12 years of me being afraid of getting in a car after a failed driving test, Geoff calmly but firmly showed me what to do and how to get past my driving anxiety. His knowledge of the road and the driving test is thorough and everything is explained accessibly. Thanks to him I got my P's today (on my first go) and I couldn't be more grateful. Fantastic experience: I've only had 3 lessons with Marina and she is absolutely amazing! She is a wonderful instructor and is passionate about what she does! She is very clear with instruction and makes things super easy to understand. Marina has helped me become a more confident driver and I can't wait to get my Ps! She is overall a lovely person and if you are looking to do driving lessons with Penrith driving school I highly recommend Marina.

Fantastic experience: Geoff has been a fantastic instructor. He really prepared my son Hayden well for his test even though we don’t live in the Penrith area. Geoff communicated lesson times with us, was always on time and we used his car for the test (which my son passed first go). I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Cleared the driving test last week in my first attempt. All thanks to Geoff and his detailed explanation of road and safety rules. I also used the hire car option for the test day and got a refresher lesson beforehand which really helped a lot. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Marina was so lovely and calm!! I had a terrible experience with Drivezone and was told I would be lucky to get my P's, Marina was positive and helped me get them in just a few lessons!! I received nearly a perfect mark (1 point off). Would highly recommend her to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolute standout of an driving instructor named Geoff. He was the exact reason why l did so well on the Driving examination. Geoff was very meticulous in his assessment of my driving skills & what l needed to concentrate on to pass the Driving test and also provided the reinforcement of everyday driving skills, too. Additionally, he also gave me further instruction(s) of what l needed work on away from the scheduled Driving lessons. The Penrith Driving School's prices for lessons & car use for the Driving examination were very reasonable. Again, l must say one more time that the directions & explanations by Geoff and his professinal application was nothing short of outstanding! l believe and endorse 100% that this is the Driving School that you should select.

Positive experience: Had a good lesson learnt some useful techniques. However tried to get more lessons tried ringing no answer and email inquiry 6 days ago received no answer.

Fantastic experience: My husband Arpad and i would like to thank Colin from Drive zone for all his time and patients in teaching my husband to drive. It was an excellant experiance and service for him and how lucky for him that Colin knew some hungarian to help my husband along the way. I would recomend drivezone to anyone !

Fantastic experience: As a learner/beginner, Penrith Driving School has provided me with excellent and informative lessons that have allowed me to become confident with my driving skills. The driving instructor are very understanding (especially during the initial lessons) and provide clear and valuable instructions throughout the whole lesson. Overall money well spent i would highly recommend them to other learners trying to gain confidence.
