Fantastic experience: Francesca is a wonderful instructor! Before her lessons I was not confident with the Australian rules since I come from abroad, I felt unsure in different tricky situations. She explained to me the logic behind each decision when driving so now I drive confidently! Also, I was so happy to pass my test today but sad at the same time that our time together is over because of how kind and nice she is! I highly recommend Francesca for anyone wanting to learn/and or improve their driving skills. Thank you Francesca!

Fantastic experience: Francesca is a fantastic teacher! After a few months of weekly lessons with her, she helped me finally get my license after 20 years of being on my Ls. She really knows the road rules inside out, and is an expert in the streets around the Marrickville testing centre. Additionally, her techniques for standard testing manoeuvres (reverse parallel park, kerbside stop, three-point turn) were easy to commit to memory and really helped me pass my driving test on my first attempt. Fantastic experience: Francesca is an excellent teacher. I was initially very anxious behind the wheel but Francesca is very patient and excellent at communicating simply and clearly. Her friendly and easy going manner helped me to feel at ease, and I never once felt that she was impatient or frustrated with me. Francesca also teaches safer drivers courses and that really comes across in her teaching as she is very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and explain things in many different ways to make sure the learner understands. She uses very consistent cues during lessons to make complex things easy and memorable. During lockdown, when I was unable to do lessons Francesca stayed in touch and was very supportive, including emailing me with questions to help me remember rules I had previously struggled with. She was also very proactive and communicative, keeping me up to date with restrictions and advising me when I would most likely be able to book my driving test. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Francesca to anyone who wants to learn to drive safely and well.

Her calm and patient nature as well as amazing personality is a joy to be in the car with, making driving fun and informative during every trip. Furthermore, Fran has extensive industry knowledge on what testing officers are looking for, making her one of the best in the business. Fantastic experience: Fran is an amazing driving instructor, and her calm demeanour and explanatory style of teaching made her the perfect person to help me gain my licence. Although I was anxious to get behind the wheel Fran made sure I was always comfortable before we began each drive. Her attention to detail, focus, and up-to-date knowledge of all the road rules and changes ensured that I was learning from the best. Without her support and the final push of confidence I do not think I would have been able to finally get my licence. Sydney SAFE Driving School was the perfect fit for me. Fran ensured that I worked to not only learn to drive, but to learn to drive safely; and any mistakes I made along the way were worked on and explained to me to ensure that they did not happen in the future. This attention to detail and belief in the capability of her student is what makes her a great driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: Before passing the test, I drove almost exclusively with Fran since my partner didn't have time to teach me how to drive. I've had a few driving teachers, but she is by far the best. Other instructors were impatient and had a tendency to make me more nervous. Fran is very professional, gives clear instructions and constructive feedback in a gentle manner and has a really calming effect on her learners. When I got my Ls I was such a nervous driver. I would have never believed it but thanks to her, I have actually learned how to drive, and become relaxed and sometimes even confident behind the wheel. Rather anxious about the prospect about finally driving on L's, I searched for an instructor with this consideration in mind. Fantastic experience: I had 6-7 lessons with Fran during my time learning to drive and I couldn’t recommend her more! She was very nice and calming while teaching me several parts of the driving test which would have been much harder to perfect without her. She takes on a calm and patient approach in her teaching in order to incorporate safe driving strategies. Francesca is highly knowledgeable, making safety her top priority for any driving student. She made sure I was fully prepared for my driving test, which has made me feel more comfortable on the road. As a result, I have become a more confident driver with her implementation of various safe driving techniques, that will influence my driving in the future. The in-app driving theory that is used was a great way to recap learning done in driving lessons and made concepts easier to understand. She also provided constructive feedback on ways I can improve my driving skills, that allowed for questions, where she provided in depth explanations. Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed my driving experience with Fran, she is very easygoing and nice but very strict when it comes to safety standards! She would patiently explain manoeuvres, driving conditions etc. and her comments helped me improve, she also drew up a lesson plan to help me practice my right turns and observation skills.

Fantastic experience: I came to Francesca, a very nervous driver with some bad habits. She was so patient, knowledgeable and is just a lovely person to spend time with every week! I was able to overcome my fears and become confident on the road with her as we worked on my driving without the driving becoming overwhelming or scary. Anything that I struggled with she calmly persisted with teaching me until I became confident with the maneuver and my questions were always met with no judgement. She goes above and beyond, I couldn't recommend her more as an instructor. You'll feel at ease on the road in no time.

Fantastic experience: Francesca is detailed, organised and methodical. She is honest and precise with her criticisms, but is understanding and speaks in a kind tone. Lessons are planned ahead of time as she took note of your problem areas from the previous lesson, so time is not wasted repeating things you have already mastered. She also knows a lot about the driving test. So if your mission is to get your licence ASAP, lessons from her worth every penny. Francesca also suits complete beginners (those have never driven at all) or those who don’t know much about Sydney road. As a beginner, I had questions most experienced drivers would deem too obvious to answer. Francesca answered all my questions without a hint of judgment. She also taught me the easiest techniques to carry out the maneuvers and had an explanation for every step. I doubt anybody would have a hard time learning them. Even if they haven’t yet gotten ahold of the feel of driving.

Fantastic experience: There's a reason Fran has so many awesome reviews. After 20 years putting off getting my licence, I finally decided to bite the bullet last year. I searched online and Fran sounded like a good fit for me...and I quickly discovered she was. Living in the inner city I was a little bit nervous about learning, and actually passing the test. I had regular lessons over 4 or 5 months. Fran was always on time, organised, and her use of Licence Ready helped keep track of progress and plan each lesson. I passed 1st go, and I put this down to Fran's methodical and supportive teaching style. She cares about what she does and she cares about all of her learners. My lessons were not only an investment in being prepared and confident to take the test, they've been an investment in making me a safe and confident driver on the road. As a late bloomer, I'm really enjoying driving and the belated freedom it's brought. A million thankyous, Fran!!
